Good hotel to stay a night. Close to the central station with a good parking in case you want to stay a night in Genova before taking the ferry to the islands.

A very good hotel with helpful staff.
We were able to leave our luggage there before and after our stay. They have a relaxation area where you can wait for your train. We highly recommend it.

Comfortable and welcoming hotel

Hotel very close to the Piazza Principe train station in Genoa and in any case close to the areas of interest in the city. Let's start by saying that our adventure did not start very well, since our family suite for 4 had not been booked due to an error by the booking office. To our initial surprise, the receptionist responded by offering us a triple room and promptly solving the problem. We squeezed in a little bit but we still had a good time. I would like to thank her, I believe it is Ms. Lavinia, for having avoided unpleasant consequences and for having immediately asked the administration for a refund for us for the inconvenience and for the price difference of the room (which then arrived promptly in the following days).
The hotel is well furnished, the room and common areas are comfortable; the quality of sleep was good and the breakfast was abundant and varied, with savory and sweet options.
Compliments to those who know how to offer good services and accommodate the customer in case of misunderstandings or unforeseen events.

The hotel is very close to train station. The room is up at 2nd level with no lift. Bring small big and light luggage for easy access.

Stayed for 3 nights. Room was adequate but window didn't seem to shut fully causing outside noise and keeping us awake.
Hotel location was convenient for main attractions, however did feel a little unsafe later at night.
