It was right there in town, instructions where easy to follow. Had my own room with shared bathrooms, which where very clean. Short walk to Pisa tower and not to far from the train station. Great price

Uncomfortable, noisy and airless

Unkept and super noisy entrance, to get to the room you have to do an infinite number of stairs with suitcases (a nightmare). At night you do not sleep well because of the mess, it is not near the station or the sea, so uncomfortable to turn the Riviera. The staff almost never present (when they are there they are always on the phone) and the places they recommend to eat are just tourist stuff. No air conditioning and plenty of mosquitoes. Honestly negative experience, would not recommend!

Fantastic hostel

I booked a private room in this hostel. The room was very spacious, clean and simple but effective. The communal areas and bathroom were always clean and pleasant too. The staff at this hostel are excellent, they are friendly, welcoming and a great source of information. The hostel provides plenty of guides on things to do/ see and eat as well as a free tulips walking tour. The location is perfect and in the asking distance to all the main point of town.

BED BUGS

I stayed with a friend in a private room, we found a bedbug that same evening on the nightstand, then I was bitten during the night. The managers did not offer us a refund, only a change of room for our second night. We had to pay to have our affairs taken care of once we left the Hostel. We also found a bedbug moult in the bedroom, which meant there was not only one.

Perfect

Hostel 300 meters from Piazza de Ferrari. Exclave with 4 rooms in an adjacent building. Shared bathroom, kitchen equipped for breakfast. Very clean. Really friendly and helpful staff
45 euros per person with breakfast. Post half marathon, we took showers with them and stored our luggage without problems. Top.
