Perfect! Period!

What a wonderful place. Everything started with an extremely warm welcome upon our arrival and continued with a very elegantly furnished room (we had Junior Suite 404) and a stylish bathroom. It then continued with a spectacular terrace with a hot tub and a view of the sea. It only takes two steps to cross the street and reach the beach. The breakfast is truly exceptional. The friendliness of the staff is also worth noting. You always feel pampered. Perfect! Period!

Top-notch stay.

We spent 4 nights in this very pleasant hotel. We had a room in the back, but the sea-view ones are exceptional. Kindness of all the staff. Special mention for the breakfast, which was incredible, local, and varied.

Beach side location in the heart of the town

Amazing view of the sea and beach from the hotel and especially from the sea view rooms with balconies. Situated on a busy one way road that is a hive of activity throughout the day. There are so many restaurants and shops within metres of the hotel to go to. The staff are so friendly and helpful and recommended an amazing restaurant ( Trattoria pizzeria da Antonio) for us to eat at and even phoned up to book for us. The breakfast was extensive, freshly made and very tasty. It was lovely sitting outside and watching the world go by. Parking outside is challenging, but we used the hotel car park for 30 euros per day which was perfect. We drove to Taormina for an afternoon looking around which was only about 15 minutes away. We also did a half day trip up Mount Etna. The sea view rooms are overlooking the beach road so can be noisy at night but the noise does die down and did not disturb us. We would highly recommend this very cute boutique hotel.

I stayed in an ocean front, hot tub room and was really surprised by how large the space was. Very clean. Had a mini-fridge (with items for purchase in it, but also space for your things), two loungers and a sofa on the deck, and double showers. The AC consistently worked, and I found the bed, towels, etc. to be high quality. We paid to park our rental car at the hotel which was a bit pricey, but they did essentially valet it for us; on-street parking was available, but we also visited during the shoulder season. The beach is directly across a small but busy street; it is a pebble/sand beach that can have high surf during windstorms, but it is perfect for most purposes. The one thing we wish we’d known before traveling: it is not really walking distance to much of interest. We saw other reviews claiming easy bus/train routes to the old town center, but that was not our experience. Even slightly handicapped or heat-sensitive travelers will find they either have to drive (a very curvy, tight) road to town (& pay for parking) or take taxis. If you want a true beach vacation—quieter, no “fine dining,” beach bar kinda time—then this is perfect. Note that it is in Naxos, not Taomorina. That said, we had a really lovely time, and the room was pretty perfect.

Never again

Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff. But... Traffic noise was heard all night and worst of all, the music from the bar next door blared until the morning hours. Never again...
