Positive experience and highly recommended

Host really nice and professional, clean rooms ... hearty breakfast ..
Claudio makes you feel at home tua..consiglio highly recommend to stay here... and visit Giovinazzo with its port and really welcoming people.

Schmucke Villa aus der Jahrhundertwende

Andere Besucher haben den Charme dieses B&B und die Freundlichkeit des Betreibers, der nicht Besitzer ist, ausführlich richtig beschrieben und gewürdigt. Claudio war lange in München und spricht und versteht recht gut deutsch.
Die Villa liegt nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt direkt an der Bahnlinie.

Buon servizio e attenzione al cliente

È stata una breve permanenza, di un paio di notti. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, mi ha fornito le indicazioni necessarie per potermi muovere a Giovinazzo e, essendo io senza mezzo, mi ha anche accompagnata ad una pizzeria per cenare la sera. È anche stato attentissimo ai miei gusti per quanto riguarda la colazione, che preferisco salata(ma sono anche vegetariana). La stanza che ho affittato è ampia e comoda, con TV e condizionatore...apprezzatissimo! Tutta la villa è arredata con gusto vintage anche con oggetti antichi molto belli da vedere e la sala da pranzo( o colazione più che altro)si presenta molto bene con caminetto originale e arredi perfettamente in tema. Unico neo, è stata l'acqua per lavarsi, non calda quanto avrei voluto. Ma per una probabilissima prossima permanenza, il proprietario sono certa che provvederà.

Pulizia ottima, adatto a chi cerca un po' di tranquillità, vicinissimo al mare ma bisogna prendere comunque la macchina.
Padrone di casa eccellente, sempre disponibile, buona colazione.
Ci ritorneremo.

Un soggiorno rilassantissimo

B&B villa Maria
La villa si trova nella periferia di Giovinazzo ed è molta curata, e ha mantenuto l'identità originale della struttura . Claudio è una persona gentile e disponibile e ci ha accolti con vero calore (nonostante il nostro tardo arrivo in villa).
La posizione è comoda per raggiungere il centro di Giovinazzo in macchina.
Offre una buona e semplice colazione nelle caratteristiche stanze della villa.
