Magnificent experience
We have just spent ten days in this property and we can say that in our opinion it could be of a higher category.
Excellent cuisine that offers daily fresh fish, beautiful rooms very clean and bright with terraces overlooking the sea where you can admire unique sunrises. The breakfast I would say is excellent and can satisfy all kinds of customers with sweet, savory, fruit etc etc.
Throughout our stay we were pampered by the two young and willing room boys (Ludovico and Agnese) who with so much professionalism certainly contributed to make us spend a nice holiday complying with our requests at the table.
Convenient underground garage (although it is a fee) served by elevator.
Particular praise goes to Luigi, director who is always attentive and undoubtedly more than capable of managing a large complex.
In conclusion, I would give the structure four stars encouraging you to continue this way. Bravo everyone, especially the cook

GREAT CHOICE
Known by pure chance it was a very pleasant surprise.
Beautiful beachfront apartments with excellent size terrace where you can eat or work safely overlooking the sea.
Conveniently you cross the road to go alla.spiaggia in front where sunbed and umbrella are already included in the price of the accommodation.
Friendly staff, Mr. Luigi always available, excellent both dinner and breakfast.
Very nice also the pool.
Very close to the center of Giulianova Lido but at the same time a very quiet area.
For a relaxing week sun and beautiful sea highly recommended!!!

Ideal for families
We stayed in Formula Residence with adjoining "kitchen" area 2 adults and a child. Well, the Welcoming, the stay, the availability of Luigi and del.personale present, decidedly excellent. Our formula included breakfast only, but we have several times enjoyed the a la carte dinner, the pizzeria and the set menu for lunch. All excellently cooked. The breakfast offers everything and more, sweet, salty, American, dried fruit and fruit of all kinds.... and then the proximity of the beach with attached umbrella and sun loungers. Close to the center of Giulianova.... in short, relaxation and still relaxation that we experienced with our grandson. Thanks Luigi, Thanks to all the staff, prodigal of smiles and ready to assist you on any occasion. See you soon, Luigo, Paola and Andrea

Nice stay in two-room apartment
We stayed at this residence in early August for a week. We stayed in a two-room apartment in 3: two adults and a 15-year-old girl. The apartment was on the third floor with large balcony facing the sea (a plus), a large kitchen / living room, bathroom and a double bedroom and living room single bed. The spaces are large and well arranged. The beach is in front of the residence and is well maintained. The sea slopes gently and is clean.
Animation not intrusive but gave priority only to younger children... Price in the norm...
Excellent cleaning as breakfast service included with cappuccino or coffee or other made at the bar and served at the table, a plus. WI-FI in the apartment that took quite well... Possibility 'to eat at the restaurant pizzeria just below the residence at attractive prices or take away. There is also a nice swimming pool, unfortunately not supervised by a lifeguard...
At the reception Mr. Luigi was always available to give us any information.
I would put in the apartment a combination safe so you can safely leave your values...
Perhaps the location of the residence is a bit 'in the final part of the village of Giulianova, so, to find shops and restaurants you have to go downtown and it takes about 15/20 minutes walk... For the rest, however, I Recommendation to those looking for a top holiday, beachfront suitable for families with children and teenagers but also for adults looking for relaxation and pampering....
