Summer vacation experience

Quiet area a few minutes' walk from the beach. Cute and clean studio apartment. Both private and free parking next to the property. My rating, I would say, is good

A couple of days at the beach

I stayed at the Residence Blu Marine in Giulianova and the experience overall was positive.
*What I liked:*
The property is about 500 meters from the sea but it is very convenient because they provide bike rentals. The walk to get to the sea is also shaded, so it is super pleasant even in the heat. The beach is beautiful, sandy, and well-maintained. Externally and internally, it is very well-kept.
The apartments are equipped with every comfort. The small balcony is very cute and the air conditioning works well.
We are right next to the railway but you cannot hear it at all; the passing of the trains is not annoying in the slightest.
The codes to enter even late at night are super convenient.
No problem with parking: it is not on-site, but right next door there are two large municipal parking lots that are always free.
The cleaning staff are fabulous; the apartment is truly clean.
The 10% discount you get at the Caprice beach club is also very interesting.
A special thanks to Roberta who was extremely helpful: she allowed us to leave our portable refrigerator both before check-in and after check-out.
*What I would improve:*
The bed needs a bit of an update because it was an old and uncomfortable sofa bed, even though the pillows were okay.
The windowless bathroom can cause some concerns, especially regarding ventilation.

Friendly staff, small pool but adequate for families with small children. Umbrella and beach access included in the price. Possibility of convenient parking, including indoor. Adequate price/quality ratio. Recommended.

great residence low prices

Loris, the owner, is a young and very honest guy, who keeps prices low and at the same time provides a great service, clean and modern apartments. The kindness and quiteness of the owner transmit a nice atmosphere that benefit many families with newborn babies. This is to me a beautiful thing, as opposed to some other place where the guests are silly persons with lots of tattoos and big muscles. Excellent pool, always clean thanks to the diligent Simon, who is also a lifeguard and controls younger guests who are swimming.
The residence is open all over the year, with prices at the 50% of discount on the price of the summer stay.
We also recommend the beach and the sea, fantastic.

Very nice

The residence is cozy, clean and complete with all the necessary. it is only 150 m far from the sea, It is run by a young team attentive to the comfort of their guests. Is suitable for families with children.
