The hotel was very clean and the reception was really friendly. For dinner, we managed to order some really good food from the bar. The menu at the restaurant attached to the hotel also seemed good, but more like fine dining

Amazing hotel, great value for money, and really dedicated staff!!

Absolutely amazing stay in this hotel for 3 nights. Room was great...hotel was spotless and staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Want to call out particularly Christina and Martina who were amazing at reception and helped in co-ordinating the shuttle to and from the airport, any taxis into Bergamo and also helping with a late checkout. Breakfast was great, with a large selection and staff were attentive and super helpful. The restaurant was also excellent. All in all a really great location and base for visiting Bergamo and Milan (40 min fast train from Bergamo.) Would definitely stay again. Please pass on my thanks to the staff!!

The air conditioning was turned off, maybe because it was still spring, but I feel it was a little warm in the room. Other than that we loved the hotel.

Fast Stop

We stayed one night only to take advantage of the fantastic location of this hotel if you have to leave from Bergamo airport. The structure is neat and spotless, the staff super welcoming, shame not to have tried the SPA, whatever next time. Recommended!!!

Very positive experience

I found extremely friendly staff and ready to solve some problems related to my arrival while not being of their relevance. Hotel definitely recommended and to remember for a next trip as excellent. Strategic position for those arriving in Bergamo by plane.
