Italian warmth…
A really great and relaxed hotel, with great pool facilities, and the dog pool in particular was a dream for my dog. What was truly extraordinary was the friendliness, helpfulness, and warmth. Rarely experienced in this form. The breakfast buffet was excellent. An overall really lovely stay

Great week with our dog in southern Tuscany
We stayed for 7 nights with our dog at Fattoria Maremmana and stayed in the "Le Palme" suite – one of the most expensive suites on the property. The suite was about 32 m² and had the largest fenced garden, which was perfect for us with a dog. Additionally, the suite also includes a private hot tub, which made the stay even more relaxing. I also uploaded some pictures so that one can better compare the differences to other rooms.
Right upon our arrival, we had a great feeling. We were warmly welcomed at the reception. A big thank you to Barbara, Alessia, and the other lady at the reception – all were incredibly friendly, helpful, and warm to us.
Here are the reasons why we would recommend this hotel:
1. The breakfast as well as the restaurant were truly delicious. The restaurant is a bit more expensive, but the quality is absolutely right and the prices are reasonable for a hotel restaurant.
2. The cocktail bar is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed the evenings there very much every day.
3. All staff – from the reception to the waiters and the cleaning personnel – were very nice, attentive, and dedicated to providing the guests with a pleasant stay.
4. The hotel is simply ideal for dogs. There is a dog pool, a large play area for dogs, and plenty of space for walking. Especially convenient for guests with smaller gardens or without their own exercise area.
5. Additionally, there is a dog beach only about 10 minutes away. There are also several small places around the hotel that one can visit. For us, this was perfect, as our dog tends to be afraid of large crowds. The smaller, quieter places were therefore ideal for relaxed outings with our dog.
6. The entire facility is very well-maintained, quiet, and perfect for relaxing – both for people and for dogs.
We truly felt comfortable during our stay and would love to return ✨

Negative lunch
Wonderful place from the point of view of hospitality.... immersed in greenery... well-kept and very clean... only flaw ..not to be overlooked ...is the restaurant service... truly terrible.. moreover..if the kitchen manager..sees two first course dishes come back completely left.....you would ask yourself a question at least.... or ..I would have remedied the mistake by trying to kindly offer a replacement dish.... instead nothing happened....only for this...it wouldn't even deserve a star..... Too bad... professionalism cannot be bought with money... but with the experience of having competent staff!!!
