Pleasant surprise during the trip

Large rooms with comfortable bathroom equipped with hairdryer and air conditioning, very useful.
Very convenient location to the beach which is literally opposite. Included in the price breakfast and umbrella!

To escape...!!

Nothing short of disturbing structure and breakfast...!! Three stars...?? What the ..!!???? Not even half...!! Only positive note that the property is on the sea..! How can they stay open mah...!! Unfriendly staff and zero professionalism...!!!

Abundant food and excellent quality.

Great service, very professional staff, punctual is attentive. Food of excellent quality and plentiful, honest bill for what we ate and drank. Definitely will be back and Highly Recommendation.

And already the third time we come back qui.ci we have always found molto.proprietari very kind, even the guys of the bar.ottimo the price that also includes the umbrella with 2 beds.buona breakfast the beds are Como.perfetto for the night because and immersed in the cool e. Silent pine forest

Most comfortable location in the area

Such a lovely little hotel! It is the only one in Marina Di Grosseto right on the beach. The road ends in a square in front of the hotel so the building it self is literally on the dunes! Rooms are simple but clean, the ones with balcony are great. The owner Marco is a very nice guy, always helpful and smiley. Breakfast is good but little too simple, would appreciate a yogurt and some fruit as well!
The restaurant in the building is very good, food a la carte is higher quality then the one offered in HB.
They have gluten free option and a nice selection of wines.
The beach is clean and comfortable, the hotel has plenty of umbrellas and sun beds at disposal of guests.
