In the center of old town of Iglesia in an old townhouse. No reception you get your own kee.

Place a stone's throw from the center.

We stayed one night for Masini's concert. Clean place. Very nice and polite staff. The manager very helpful to meet us at the parking lot. Run by very nice husband and wife.

Very central...but something is missing

B&b located in the historic center of Iglesias, excellent for the evening with nearby bars, cellars and restaurants.
A little less for parking for those who have to stay for several days due to the difficulty of transporting suitcases. The nearest car park is about 5 minutes walk away.
The owner is very careful in explaining the information.
Breakfast is at the bar underneath the b&b, with a €3 voucher per person provided by the owner of the b&b.
It could be improved a little to have a little more quality. But I recommend it for those like us who stay for 2 days.

Nice place located in Iglesias old town center

Nice welcome by the owner. The place is amazing with high ceilings and has traditional decoration. The breakfast (hot drink + pastry) is available at a bar close to the premise. We had no issue with noise from neighboring room because we were alone.

This is not a b&b!

Although the location is perfect and the property very clean, we don’t recommend to stay at Su Maimoni:
- the owner doesn’t live on the spot and the breakfast is served in a take away located 400 meters from the unit : that’s not a b&b!
- we arrived on time and nobody in the premises. No bell in the street. We called the person who speaks English (Samatha) but she wasn’t able to help us. The person who could help us doesn’t speak English...
- the wifi connection was out of order. We were told that the take away has a wifi connection, and that’s true, but the owner of the pizzeria doesn’t know the code to connect.
- an Italian « breakfast » was included in the rate. This breakfast is actually a small roll and a glas of fruit juice (or a cappuccino). Value 1,80 eur...
- our room (1st floor, 1st on the left) is dark, the shower was clogged, the toilet seat was moving etc.
Otherwise Iglesias is a nice place to spend the evening.
