Excellent location and view from roof top pool over the harbour was amazing. Only downside was the breakfast...very poor and not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. Will stay room only next time.

Wouldn’t go back here

I understand this is an island but this hotel needs updating the pillows were so flat the bed terrible mold in bathroom

We spend 3 nights at this hotel
(We have had more 350+ nights via Hotels.com - and have had such bad experience)
I.g.:
Four steps (stairs) to the elevator, not easy with suitcases
No caffemachine in the room
Door to refrigerator had no nob to open with
Door lock to room had no nob to turn / lock with
You had to pay EUR 1 for Pool towel, but not easy to get because staff wasn't at the disk.
At checkout the price was EUR 3 per towel?
Cigarette buts all over our balkon.
Ask to change our sunbeds, because we couldn't lie on them - that never happen
They say it is 4 star hotel, they should be happy with 2 stars

Great location on the port with many nearby restaurants and shops. The outdoor pool is heated which is nice. My father liked the breakfast and staff were friendly.

The hotel is looking a bit tired and worn. The breakfast was underwhelming. Too many pastries and not enough savory food. What they did offer was scrambled egg and sausages under a heat lamp that didn't provide enough heat so they were cold every day. No toaster for the bread. A grill that people were trying to use. The staff at reception were very accommodating as well as the restaurant.
