The best you can have in Ischia!

It is the second time we have stayed in this magnificent thermal facility equipped with every comfort, very central, with exquisite staff, always courteous and helpful. First and foremost the manager, Mr. Giuseppe. This year we brought our 2 adorable kittens with us and we received a wonderful welcome. We hope to return as soon as possible. Thanks always

Give it a miss

There are much better hotels in ischia. It took me 30 mins to check in and 45 to check out. The staff were rude and there were so many rules. No sitting outside at breakfast (even if not eating or drinking), 20 each to borrow a towel, swimming cap to be purchased before you are allowed in the pool etc. The beach isn’t great and quite crowded.

2026 vacation... at home!

I can only speak well of it, I am biased!
A heartfelt piece of advice to continue being the "place of the heart and family": if possible, a little more "research and care" in the search for new staff members to work alongside the legendary veterans... keep going with the new recruits so as not to lose prestige!!!!

A pleasant stay in June.

This hotel in Ischia Porto is one of the most affordable, in my opinion.
First of all, it is centrally located; the distance from the main street is 10 minutes on foot, and it is about a 20-minute walk from the boarding dock. The beach is included in the cost and is a 15-minute walk away; it might be a bit challenging for older people under the scorching summer sun. We were pleased with the beach, both in terms of the sea and the services offered. There is no real beach club, but next to the establishment, there are a couple of taverns where you can eat at a good price. The hotel staff was friendly and professional; the room assigned to us was on the first floor, equipped with a nice balcony with a table and chairs. The bathroom was average, and the air conditioning was very useful given the scorching heat. There are three pools, all with warm water; additionally, there is a pleasant outdoor hot tub. The only downside is the restaurant. We did not find a kitchen worthy of a four-star rating. For the rest, I recommend it.

What's left of the holiday...

When you get here, and it has been like this for many years, being on vacation makes room in the mind and begins to flow for the rest: the pleasant slowness of time spent by the pools, the warmth of the thermal waters, the composed silence of the guests, the discretion of the staff that respects others are benefiting... This has now become a place of the soul, a home to return to as soon as you can...
