Intended for longer stays and weddings

Tenuta la Quassa is a beautiful villa overlooking the Lago Maggiore. It has huge gardens, which make it a perfect venue for weddings. We stayed only one night, but it’s intended for longer stays, with wide lounges and living areas.
Our suite had a large lounge, a table, two balconies, a bed in a corner of the living room, a bedroom and two full bathrooms. It was on a second floor, with no elevator, but the couple in charge of the service (from Sri Lanka), helped us with the luggage. The large living room was very hot that afternoon, but the bedroom was already cool.
Next morning, we had our Continental breakfast served at our table, inside the suite; we opened all the windows and the weather was delicious. The owner, a senior lady, was there next morning, and when we said we hadn’t paid the city taxes, she refused to charged them, and said it was on her.
It's a great place to relax, read, paint, write or celebrate a wedding.

Immersed in the Green

Beautiful estate surrounded by greenery, suitable for escape and detoxification from the grayness of the city. Spacious room with a large terrace overlooking the huge lawn of the estate. Friendly service and very helpful. Consigliatissima!

Location for weddings

Beautiful location for a wedding, with a huge and beautiful garden.
Romantic atmosphere.
Suitable for simple and small weddings with a limited number of guests. The dining room is small and we were a little cramped, as were the rest of the spaces.
Good but unpretentious food and wine, somewhat poor service.

The place is magnificent and very quiet, a green setting...
Impeccable cleanliness, breakfast on the terrace facing a superb park, spacious bedroom and bathroom, easy access and lake nearby

Romantic wedding venue

Went for a wedding! Great setting, very tastefully decorated, from the buffet to the sit down meal, a really good experience, magic for the newly married as well as the guests with a touch of class! Buffet aperitivo outside out of this world!!
