Surprise

Excellent hotel, modern and functional. Very clean, standard room with a balcony, bathroom a bit small and amazing mattresses for excellent sleep quality. Top-notch breakfast included in the price, there is everything from sweet to savory. Kind and helpful staff for any need. The restaurant deserves a special mention, quality food, more than generous portions, a decent wine list, and top-notch staff. More than excellent value for money. We stayed 4 days in Jesi and for 3 days we had dinner at the hotel, but only because the restaurant was closed one day.

Wild energy savings

We arrived at this hotel attracted by the positive reviews. Note of merit goes to the restaurant: both dinner and breakfast the next morning were good and the service in the room was great. Unfortunately, the management of the rooms and the structure turned out to be bad. Our room was an authentic oven, not refreshed for a long time. Faced with our complaints, the receptionist went up to check proving a great falsehood: she claimed that the air worked fine and I even thought that the cool came strong, when the fan was clearly depowered. Subsequently, the manager dismissed it with a superficial "an appliance can fail even in your home", without offering us an alternative room is showing an attitude of absolute menefreghismo. This policy of saving energy wildly on the skin of customers has been confirmed to us by the fact that at night, between 1:00 and 7:00, the elevator is even turned off.
Moreover, while we waited in vain for the situation in the room to improve, I sat in the outdoor terrace: a completely neglected space and infested with ants, which (as I discovered shortly after) were under all the tables and climbed along my ankles causing an intense inflammation and itching for hours, solved only with a cortisone ointment. To be waved by the manager the score of 4.3 on TripAdvisor in the face of this total lack of professionalism, hygiene and respect for the rest of the customer, is unacceptable.
The kindness of the service in the room does not compensate for the discomfort experienced and the less than professional ways of the manager, never found during any of our many trips.

A nice surprise!

Excellent hotel, a pleasant surprise during a stop on a longer trip. There were four of us and they assigned us two connecting rooms: a truly perfect solution for those traveling with children who want more space and privacy, without having to stay all in the same room.
The property is modern and well-kept, the breakfast is excellent, and there is also the possibility of dining in the hotel restaurant. A very positive experience, definitely a nice surprise!

Passing through Jesi.

Convenient location for those arriving by car and not too far from the center of Jesi. The room is not very spacious, but it is well organized. The breakfast was exceptional both in variety and quality (the pastries and cappuccinos were truly good).
The bathroom floor was not very clean.

We booked this hotel at the last minute and immediately we were given availability .small room but very nice breakfast very good super friendly staff absolutely recommended the excellent cleaning
