Fantastic hotel
We spent four nights at the hotel with our two children aged 11 and 14. The Manager and all the staff really looked after us from start to finish and went out of their way to be thoughtful including offering a solution to keeping our family together and allowing us a late check out to make the most of our last day before an evening flight home.
As well as 1st rate accommodation, breakfast was high quality with lots of choice. The children loved the pool, private beach and range of Mocktails in the bar!
Highly recommend as a base for exploring Venice including for those with families looking for a haven away from the hustle and bustle of central Venice.

Great managed hotel
I'm writing up older references. Hotel Falkesteiner Jesolo is a really well run hotel.
When we arrived, it was the end of the holiday season and the hotel was full of children. It was very annoying because especially the German-speaking parents came to relax and let the children do whatever they wanted and bother the other guests.
Fortunately, the hotel manager, Mr. Alessandro Fichera, was always present both on the beach and in the restaurant and we were able to contact him at any time. Thanks to it, we had complete privacy and were not bothered by the dozens of children in the area.
The beach at the hotel is absolutely excellent, great spacing between umbrellas.
The reception works perfectly, Mr. Fichera is practically always present and therefore everything works 100%.
On arrival we handed over the car and the suitcases were immediately in our room and the car was parked in the garage.
Whenever we needed a car, it was brought to us.
It should be mentioned that the cuisine in the hotel is absolutely great. This choice of food is quite unusual. Number of appetizers to choose from - about 30. The number of types of pizza - at least 6 every day. Famous.
The hotel also organised a great boat trip to Venice and the islands of Murano and Burano. Definitely recommended. We really enjoyed it.

The hotel deteriorated badly and became Turkey. Work on flow, not quality
The hotel has gone from a quiet place to an anthill. Construction everywhere. Every day music shrieks until 00:00. Noise and shouting Italians in the street at 1:00 a.m. in the hotel grounds that it is impossible to sleep and the hotel does not react to it until you call them and tell them. I don't feel like I'm in Italy, I feel like I'm in some Turkey where everything is exclusive. We had two numbers. One overlooking the sea, it ended up being a room that looks at other rooms. Important point. Almost all the rooms look out each other's windows (so the anthill) photo will be attached below. Now, the number see view turned out not to see view. I don't know how to describe it, but it's terrible. Guests just walk past our rooms and stare out the windows!! (We live on the ground floor and we have a terrace, room 1101. There is no privacy! I was here in 2016. It's heaven and earth. I'm not coming here again. Disappointed the hotel. Very disappointing. By the way, nightstands are a separate story. They all fall off because they're holey. I wish I could face this designer. In the second room at 5 o'clock, garbage is taken out every morning, making it impossible to sleep with the windows open. They have a construction view, although they asked that there be no construction view. Hotel works on stream to make more money, not quality

Dear Signora Sophiam, we would like first of all to thank you & your Family for having chosen us again after so long time. Yes, you are maybe right that the hotel has changed in between these last years. After the reconstruction works and the increase of our Rooms & Suites we provide now a full rage of different services which were not present at that time. Sure that the presence of guest has increased accordingly but we offer now two different Restaurants as well as a new renovated SPA. There is comfortable place for everybody including the young generation with our Falkyland providing all day different activities also at the pool & beach area. Also this area has growth incredibly with 2 new pools. We hope that despite the maybe disappointing perspective, you will give us another chance to prove you that we are much more better then experienced during this last stay also in term of assigned rooms. Welcome Home! Simply perfect.
Simply perfect. I'am recurring guest with my family, and completely satisfied with the location, staff, rooms. We usually ask for full board, as the food is also outstanding quality. The hotel manager Alessandro and his team do an excellent job, I absolutely recommend the hotel!

A dream
A perfect hotel with certainly the best staff. Were at Falky three times this year and always perfect! Always happy to. A special thanks to waitress Guilia and Patrick. This hotel is a dream. Always happy to. We have never been received so nicely and all our wishes were fulfilled.
