Magnifico
Hotel Altea è situato a 50 metri dal mare e nel prezzo è inserito anche un ombrellone e 2 lettini per camera. Sono circa 10 anni che soggiorno all'hotel e mi sento a casa tutte le volte che ci vado. La proprietaria, Rosita è molto disponibile ed è subito pronta a soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti. Nota di merito anche alla ragazza che gestisce la sala per le colazioni, migliorate rispetto agli anni scorsi. Purtroppo negli ultimi anni manca la figura chiave dell'hotel, Gianni che ha sempre dato a qualsiasi persona incontrasse la sua ironia e simpatia.

Sapere che ogni volta che torna all'Hotel Altea si sente a casa è per noi una soddisfazione davvero speciale. Ci fa molto piacere che abbia apprezzato la disponibilità di Rosita, il servizio della colazione e i miglioramenti apportati negli ultimi anni.
Un grazie particolare anche per il ricordo affettuoso dedicato a Gianni. La sua ironia e la sua simpatia hanno lasciato un segno importante nella storia dell'Hotel Altea e nel cuore di tanti ospiti che, come lei, ci frequentano da molti anni.

Attention to safety!!!
During the first night we were robbed of purse with money and other values... thieves gained access from the roof ledge below and from the open window cause great heat. The bag was on the table 2m from the window. Frosty coldness of the managers, no excuses and, more seriously, no prior warning since in the structure similar thefts had already occurred and documented on the web ... if you choose this hotel - and I do not recommend it - stay well plugged in your room both day and night!

DISCREET HOTEL BUT WELL POSITIONED
We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. We had booked 3 nights with Booking, which then turned into 4 in the end.
Upon arrival, the first impression from the outside is good...the structure is nice, it has a nice entrance, the floor shines...outside there are some tables and chairs, where you can have a little air and maybe have a drink.
The room assigned was small, as was the bathroom and the small balcony, but it has a very large wardrobe... air conditioning that can be adjusted as desired... and a TV. The room has nothing special... but it is very comfortable.
The hotel itself is very dated and so is the furniture... fortunately the bed was overall comfortable, the pillows not so much... but these considerations are very subjective.
After the first night spent without problems, we tried the breakfast that the hotel offers... it's a simple breakfast, there isn't much variety. they have a machine where you can independently prepare a coffee, cappuccino, hot milk, caffe latte, or hot water to drink tea or herbal teas etc... If you want, you can order a coffee or other drinks from the bar, for a fee.. there are some jam distributors, very good, very much appreciated personally. Two types of fruit, in this case watermelon and melon in pieces, a tart and some croissants, individual packs of butter, bread, we also saw some cooked sausages, eggs and ham... just enough to eat something, the quality is to be discount, so to speak.
We didn't eat for lunch or dinner...so I can't give judgements, among other things I'm not sure if this service was active during the period we stayed (05/09 to 09/09/2023), but it seems that there and also the possibility of having full or half board.
The hotel has a piece of private beach, like other hotels in the area, therefore, you have access to an umbrella and two deckchairs, already included in the reservation... the beach is practically around the corner, so this is a point of strength of the hotel....so, in case you ever need to go to the bathroom for example...or you forget something while you're at the beach...in two seconds you're in your room.
at the same distance in the opposite direction you will find the main commercial street of Jesolo, so this also works in its favor.
After midnight, the main entrance door of the hotel is closed, but it is possible to access by entering a code that is communicated by the reception from a side door of the hotel.
During our stay, the room was tidied up every day... well, here, I would make a negative note, the room was "tidied up", but not cleaned... it was better NOT to look under the bed. It is normal for there to be residues of sand in the room, which guests carry away after a day at the beach. So it could be cleaned a little better, perhaps with a vacuum cleaner which I have never seen among the cleaning staff.
The hotel has a private car park around the property, the price of parking is included in the price... in our case, there was no longer any free space and they made us park in a public car park about 200 meters from the hotel. We were given a card to open the barrier on entry and exit... with a tag to be left visible in the car. As it is a paid public car park. (the card is used to avoid paying for parking as a hotel guest).
Basically, for those who don't have great expectations and just want to spend some days at the seaside and wander around Jesolo and have a place to sleep. This hotel is for you.

Un buon soggiorno ma finale spiacevole
Hotel carino e pulito, colazione buona e varia, personale accogliente e disponibile, il proprietario è molto simpatico e socievole. Avrei dato una valutazione più alta ma è stato rubato un oggetto di mia proprietà dalla stanza, che mi sono sempre assicurato di chiudere per bene, presumo quindi che sia stato un membro dello staff durante la pulizia della stanza. Comunque un buon rapporto qualità prezzo
Mettete al sicuro dentro la cassa forte gli oggetti di valore, per evitare spiacevoli sorprese.

Soggiorno di breve durata ma ottimo
Posizione ottima e strategica in quanto si trova a due passi dalla spiaggia e vicina al viale principale in cui sono presenti i vari negozi, pub, bar e ristoranti. La colazione era buona, piccola, poco fornita ma essenziale.
Punto a favore poi per i lettini e l'ombrellone inclusi nel prezzo, quindi per quello che si va a spendere ne vale assolutamente la pena. Inoltre lo staff con noi è sempre stato gentile, cordiale e disponibile.
La camera e il bagno erano un po' piccolini ma per la breve durata del nostro soggiorno e l'uso che ne è stato fatto, è andato più che bene!
Punto a favore poi per i lettini e l'ombrellone inclusi nel prezzo, quindi per quello che si va a spendere ne vale assolutamente la pena. Inoltre lo staff con noi è sempre stato gentile, cordiale e disponibile.
