Relaxing holiday
Very clean hotel, great food, friendly staff and quick to meet the requests personali.La room is medium in size but with everything you need, the hard mattress at the right point, quiet in the evening hours the air conditioning can be adjusted and works even without the room card

To be improved...
We were in two plus our baby at the beginning of summer ... we were given a small room to be in three but we made do ... Good and kind Welcoming ... clean rooms, as far as cleaning is concerned nothing to say, the very uncomfortable mattresses never found in a 4 star such a thing ... the cleaning ladies were very kind and attentive to every detail in this structure ... the rest was a problem ... the restaurant so the collation worsened a few genuine things tt the rest industrial ... too bad, we have been in the past twice but the quality has deteriorated sharply over time, the service girls very quick and not at all kind apart from Mrs. Nicoletta the only one with a smile and patience ... shame because we booked for relatives and were very disappointed too. To say the last, on the morning of departure, after having already paid the bill the previous evening, for their mistake of the accounts instead of saying goodbye they asked for the payment of two unmarked coffees. well after a very large bill of two families with half board forgetting two coffees is very serious ... even offer them would not have been bad. Anyway thanks for everything

Top and flop
Hotel in perfect location, convenient beach, heated swimming pool beautiful and really heated, very nice, well-kept and spotless environments on the ground floor.
Perfect dining room, poor buffet and the quality of the courses can be given the sufficiency
Good breakfast
Small rooms, too small, lack the supports and material space for suitcases. Rooms that could fit two people, no more.
Even the bathroom is really small; despite the room was renovated the bathroom is very dated, at least add some shelf or hook to be able to support...
Claustophobic rooms apart we were fine. the note of
Credit goes to the cleanliness, the care of the common areas and the kindness of the staff.

Not 4* feeling at all :(
I am disappointed, and try to tell why. It is a nice hotel, and clean.
BUT it is a 4* hotel at the beach for a price more than 250 EUR/night. This is not cheap. So for that amount of money and for the reason that it is a 4* hotel, I expect a little more luxury and politeness or “courting”. And no, I am not a snob, I had been in camping too, slept on bus to travel by night, it is that if you pay this amount of money and decide to give yourself the luxury to accomodate in a 4* hotel directly on the beach, you expect something for it.
The room is clean, but small. The end of the bed is approx 60 cm away from the wall of the bathroom.
Air conditioning: noisy. We can not sleep next to it, and something is dripping inside of it, which is at night is annoying. But if you switch it off, room is very hot. I am a light sleeper, so I do not sleep more than 2 hours bevause of the noise snd hot. (Yes, my problem, I know).
Bathroom: very outdated regarding it is a 4* hotel.
Wifi: horrible, really. Slow and disconneting frequently.
Positive: big safe, lots of sockets to charge your devices.
Breakfast: completly self-service. Even you have to pick up the napkin and cutlery from the big table. Strange… and that is where I came up with “courting”. Waiters running around with refills (good), but literally noone said a hello, no smile…anything. Unpolite feeling.
(I have not eaten dinner there, so no opinion.)
Reception: same. They were polite while I checked in, but not a smile, no friendly cherished feeling.
Parking: positive, under a shade ne T to the hotel.
Pool: heated, nice and clean. But negative: you have to book sunbeds very early if you want some, and you have to PAY 5 EUR/sunbed, which is a bad joke.
All in all, I have expected more and will not come back to this hotel.

Beautiful Jesolo
Hotel location next to beach is fabulous. Hotel staff are friendly and professional. A special mention for Luca and Comfort 2 great staff members who made us feel welcome. The approach to the hotel is down a side alley which was a little off putting but this allows for the hotels position to the beach. I would advise if using pool side loungers to prebook.
The breakfast was excellent, great variety and choice. The snack and lunch menu was also good. The evening/dinner menu was a little repetitive and having to order your choices a night in advance was an obvious advantage for the hotel to avoid waste it took away the spontaneity of dining out. There are plenty of other restaurants in the locality The biggest disappointment was the bedrooms, very small with old fashioned furniture built around and over the bed which felt claustrophobic at times.
