Hotel in Jesolo
Since the beach loungers belong to other hotels, you can easily settle down after the loungers near the water; the water is shallow and has hardly any current.
There are two pools at the hotel; the children's pool is approx. 50 cm deep. So it is only suitable for small children with water wings.
The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Really great.
Disliked · Clarify beforehand what is included and what is not. For example, beach towels would have cost extra. It was waived since we had no information about it.
Dining out is excessively expensive.
The main courses at dinner could be better; the buffet with appetizers, salad, and desserts felt better.
You are assigned a sun lounger by the hotel; as far as we saw, the loungers on the beach itself belong to other hotels, and you only have a chance to get a lounger in the pool area.

A great potential to be improved
Let’s start from the good :
- Sea front view with private beach.
-Free beach sunbeds.
- Free parking.
- Free wi fi
- Almost all the staff very kind, to mention Manuela from the lobby and the two sons of hotel manager (he should learn from his kids).
- Housemaid.
- Very nice external area by the pool.
Now the points to be improved:
- Room quality pretty old style, definitely not a four star room.
- Sunbed by the pool to be paid extra.
- The lady serving at the bar (Lisa ?) was not very professional.
- The restaurant is just ok, some days good others pretty boring.
- The price, even if in line with the area, it is not justified by the service provided.
Last but not least, an advice for the hotel manager, if he doesn’t like feedback from guests, he should just avoid asking.
I found extremely inappropriate his comments and behavior.

Don’t miss this wonderful idyll, it’s first class
The food was a high standard, and plenty of variation in the menus.
Breakfast was tremendous, so much choice and lovely to eat on the terrace.
Our rooms were side view, but absolutely fine, balcony still had views of the sea and beach.
Cleanliness was first class, with fresh towels and linens daily.
The whole hotel complete was immaculate.
Poolside was impeccably clean, with an abundance of colourful flowers, a truly lovely sight.
Main pool and Childrens pool side by side, easy to keep eye on the grandchild.
Just a couple o f steps onto the beach, ideally they allocate sun beds on the beach for your stay.
6 euros to book bed by the pool daily, but this includes towels.
Location is great, just a minute across the road to supermarket, and round the corner to the main street.Plenty of restaurants bars and cafes.
There are numerous things to visit. The Tropicarium was a big hit, there is a sand sculpture exhibition in one of the squares.
Plenty of small attractions, train around the town, Ferris wheel.
To travel to Venice Murano or Burano is very easy,
Bus tickets can be purchased at the tabachi on the square, and bus stop just around the corner.Only a few euros to the Sabbione Porte, about 20 mins, where you can get water taxis to either place.
Great way to arrive.Lovely to see Venice emerge on the horizon
Beware it can be extremely busy later in the day,
Also suggest visiting the local markets, great linen buys, very cheap.Again easy to get to by bus.
Once days travels are done lovely to sit on hotel terrace with a drink and enjoy Italy.
One last mention to the wonderful receptionist Manuela, who is the perfect host, always a joy to see her, full of smiles and greetings.
Suggest people should book, it’s a gem of a hotel, not too large, just perfect

Good hotel in central area
The rooms are super clean, spacious and comfortable. I've always seen the cleaning ladies meticulous and careful. Excellent breakfast buffet, a little ‘poor that of dinner for a 4-star. Waiting staff, kitchen and bar always friendly and available.
Staff at the reception not so welcoming, except for Michela always with a smile and a word for everyone. The others hardly waved. Upon arrival we were not explained anything, I had to ask the staff that I found around from time to time (all very helpful)
For those who wish there is the possibility of having an umbrella on the internal beach, or on the public beach. Sunbeds in the pool are extra.
Our experience was positive throughout but I would train the reception staff better.
Excellent location
