Very pleasant hotel near the sea
Hotel very close to the sea, 350 m, but the beach loungers are for a fee (20 euros for two). The garden is pretty but it lacks shade. The pool is very large with a small pool for children, and bubbles. There are always loungers available. The bar is nice but the server is cold. The lunch buffet is good but there is no variation throughout the week. The half-board is excellent, dinner with 4 courses, very refined dishes. And the service is impeccable.
Comfortable room, very clean and modern, but the soundproofing is poor. We were woken up by the neighbors or the cleaning staff starting at 8 a.m. In the evening, we were able to enjoy a concert around the pool. It was great!

Sad vacation
I feel scammed! We booked the hotel to spend a few days of rest and we have been greatly disappointed. In short, the hotel is built very cheaply, nothing like the photos they show. The beach is far away and you have to walk along a busy street. It is not for children. The food is like their hotel. The rooms are super small, especially the bathrooms. The beds are not comfortable at all. The family rooms are the ones on the outskirts with a view of the neighbor's yard , no vacation atmosphere at all. Unfortunately, the reservation cannot be canceled. So, to avoid losing the money we don't have, we will spend a week in this place. It's not fair!!! Tomorrow in the daylight I will take my photos and show you the truth. May my experience serve you and not the deceptions like they did with us.

Hotel, very cold with minimalist decor.
15 minutes of walking crossing a busy road to access a beach where you are only allowed a lounge chair in the third row.
Large pool but no shade.
The reception staff is pleasant but the breakfast maître d' is abysmal. Breakfast closes at 10:00 sharp and watch out if you arrive late. We were even reprimanded because we wanted to leave with a small croissant, and he told us that we were not in a supermarket...
When we ordered a second coffee, he told us that it was the last one and that afterwards we would have to pay.

I was here from July 28, 2026, until August 6, 2026. They never changed our bed linen during our entire stay. It was absolutely disgusting.
Unfortunately, we did not report it at the time because we did not want to upset the housekeepers. Who knows what they might have done when we were not there to see them cleaning our room? We thought about the possible consequences and did not want to take the risk.
I know for certain that the bed linen was never changed because I accidentally fell asleep wearing makeup, and some mascara got onto the sheets. The stains remained in exactly the same places every single night.
We informed reception about this the night before we were due to leave and also explained why we had not said anything earlier. Reception offered us something at the bar, but we declined as we already had other plans.
I can say that we have been to Sardinia three times before, but we will not be returning to this hotel because of the housekeeping staff who clearly do not do their job properly. It was such an unnecessary and disappointing experience.
I feel insulted that they apparently thought we would not notice. It is truly sad to have experienced this.
On the positive side, the pool was good and the breakfast was good. However, the bed was not comfortable.

Nice but reception needs to be reviewed
I am writing a review on the first day just after arriving because sometimes it is right to report a disservice immediately
This resort, which seems actually nice and new to me, I found months ago, we got various quotes and signed up, paying for it well in advance
Booked two rooms (2 adults with children)
Arriving this morning I discover at check-in that an upgrade was done for my friend's room (beautiful but...) the reception explains that it is done by lottery, so my friend is lucky and I am not! Oh well, thanks
Happy for my friend, but I would like to point out that it is not nice, nor is it polite, to give an upgrade to one family; it creates an embarrassing situation.
The "elegant" response was, "if you want, we will take the bonus away from your friend too."
Ok, let's learn the job from the basics. Thanks!
