Reasonable

The bathroom was too small. The breakfast staff was very friendly, the rest were not, the breakfast was reasonable.

Perhaps you are referring to a different hotel, as I'm not sure who you mean. From our side, everyone was courteous, friendly, and happy to help throughout your stay.
You have already left a review on Booking.com, complaining about amenities that were clearly indicated as unavailable on the booking platform. Unfortunately, this seems to reflect frustration rather than the actual experience or the information that was provided before the booking.

Excellent hotel

Great stay. Hotel in a very convenient location near the sea and close to the station. Possibility to also use the pool, which is clean and private.
Extremely kind staff, ready to accommodate every request. Delicious breakfast.

Like home

Great stay, nothing was missing. Family-run hotel that makes you feel at home. Very convenient location near the sea and delicious food! Super breakfast!

Absolute relaxation

Very kind staff, clean facility very close to the sea
The only downside (not of the hotel) is that the town is absolutely devoid of evening activities. There is a short walk along the sea, an ancient deserted village, and a general lack of life (we were there in early June, but the locals say it is always like this) so for maximum relaxation it is excellent

A certainty

Hotel Riviera is a family-run hotel with great care for all hotel guests. Breakfast is plentiful and every morning there are delicious fresh cakes, the bar is well stocked and always available. Finally the rooms are very clean and there is all the desirable space to be able to arrange clothes comfortably in the closets.
Every time I come to Deiva I always go here because it is a certainty
