Right in the middle of a great wine region

Set your expectation correctly and you will love this place. We inferred incorrectly from some of the other reviews that this place has a view of the beautiful vineyards in the surrounding countryside. It doesn't. There is no view from the venue.
We are also used to air conditioning and came during very hot weather and had to cope with only a fan.
Having gotten those 2 points out of the way, everything else is positive. Our "room" was actually a fairly large suite, breakfast was home cooked, the host was very helpful and even made dinner reservations for us. There is free parking, and if you came to visit the wine country, you are in the right place.

Lovely B&B

Casamatta is a lovely B&B located in the center of the Piedmonte wine country. Our room had modern decor and was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The kitchenette was well appointed and the bathroom was beautifully tiled. There were some stunning views of the Italian countryside and the Alps. The best feature, however, was the hostess, Carlotta, who could not have been more gracious. Her English is very good and she was attentive to her guests. She provided a delightfully varied breakfast with home-baked goods, local cheeses and salamis, cappuccino, espresso and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this B&B.

Nicest place we stayed

This is a hidden gem. Carlata, the host, couldn't have treated us any better. We were their for a wine tasting tour for three days. Located in the middle of one of Italy's best wine regions. Perched upon a hill, with the wine valleys in clear view. The Alps are always in the back round.

BEST BED EVER in a CHARMING SWEET HOME

I spent one night at Casamatta and simply LOVED IT! Carlotta is the perfect host and her home made cakes in the morning together with the excellent breakfast in the common area made my day. The rooms are essential and colourful, spacious bathroom with great shower and soaps, soft linnens and THE BEST BED! If you are looking for a place to stay don't miss CASAMATTA and if you are looking for a place to eat and drink excellent food and top wine don't miss MORE E MACINE in town.

Fantastico, genial

Nos ha encantado. Trato perfecto, los propierarios geniales. Habitaciones nuevas y limpísimas. Desayuno completísimo y buenísimo!!! . La pasteleria hecha en casa por la propietaria excelente. Hemos estado genial. Seguro wue repetimos!!!
