Perfect stay

Very kind staff, super helpful for every eventuality. Room ready before check-in, offered coffee as soon as I arrived, and tips on what to visit, thanks for the heads-up. Availability of water, juice, snacks, and coffee every day if you needed it. Room cleaning upon request. Cozy room and comfortable bed. TV with Amazon Prime and other platforms available. Perfect location and everything nearby like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and the station. I will definitely be back.

From La Spezia to Cinque Terre

Located very well, near the station, get off and find many places to eat.
Clean, comfortable room, comfortable beds.
Nice detail of having the option to make yourself tea or coffee.
Owner friendly and helpful.
Highly recommended!!!

Excellent stay

Good exchange with our host by message through Booking regarding formalities for late arrival
We had received the codes to enter the building as well as instructions to take into account our room
Our host Tiziana was very nice, breakfast was not included in the rate but we had a kettle in the room with cart containing tea bags, cupcakes...in the lobby a coffee maker and cakes available renewed every day, this was more than enough for us
Secure building with cameras located just off Via Prione, very nice shopping street with many restaurants, fast food, cafes, shops...
The train station is 5-10 min walk
You can buy your train card at the train ticket machines because you have access to a page in French, no need to queue at the tourist information point

Highly recommended
Perfect location in the pedestrian area of Via Prione, convenient to reach the Cinque Terre, Lerici and Forte de Marmi,
Clean, quiet perfect for a pleasant holiday,

A pleasant surprise

Three rooms in the historic center.
Clean room and already complete with everything.
The manager is an exquisite person. Mini bar even included in the price.
Price in line with what is offered.
I was only there one night but it was a really pleasant stay.
