Bad experience in Tuscany

The hotel is due for an upgrade just as the name inplies, ancient. Rooms are small and cramped. There was mold in the minuscule shower and I thought I was in a ship and not a hotel. The “continental “ breakfast had slim pickings. Very little protein selections. I was charged $E2 for two extra towels that I requested. Never have I been charged for requesting extra towels any where else in the world. We have traveled extensively in North and South America, Europe, Asia and Australia.

Excellent

I have been visiting hotels for years for work and I can only congratulate all the staff, from the front office to the rooms to the breakfast. Renovated hotel, working WiFi, usb-c sockets in the room at the sides of the bed very comfortable. Great coffee.
