Beautiful

I found this B&B by chance and frankly no regrets! I would no longer look elsewhere but book directly there in the future.
Question of quality / price ratio, located in the center of old Lanciano it is beautiful!
Welcoming is more than friendly, we feel good, the housekeepers are also very friendly. Beautiful menu in the restaurant on the ground floor. For staying there 15 days I can confirm the 5 stars I give this property.
I thank all the staff and kind people who take care of lunch at the Street Bar.

EXPERIENCE NOT TO BE REPEATED AT ALL.

The property is, to say the least, old, dirty, and disorganized. From the bathroom window, you can see the back of the restaurant below, among pigeons and their physical waste. Shower towels are not available, and it is advisable to bring your own, as well as shampoo and body wash, given that the ones provided are of poor quality and the containers are the type used until empty. You access the upper floor for the rooms via an old staircase, kept in terrible condition and not even very safe. The Wi-Fi connection is practically non-existent and the signal is intermittent. I understand it's a B&B, but it has the same price as a hotel with unqualifiable and unjustifiable services. The parking is terrible, as it must be searched for at a distance, and there is none on the street, even though the property assures you upon request that there are no problems parking the car. Furthermore, Corso Roma is a ZTL zone with a camera from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. EXPERIENCE NOT TO BE REPEATED. I am attaching photos.

Mediocre

I recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, the final assessment is not positive. There are several aspects that should definitely be reviewed.
The Location: Definitely the B&B's strong point. It is excellent and allows you to get around with extreme ease, which makes the property very convenient for touring the area.
Property and Cleanliness: The room appeared a bit dated and definitely not very bright. Furthermore, the general cleanliness proved to be only mediocre, a fundamental aspect that should not be overlooked.
The Breakfast Service (a sore point): Upon arrival, I was given a voucher to have breakfast at a partner café which, in practice, turned out to be closed. In fact, I paid for an included service that I was unable to use, finding myself forced to pay for a second breakfast elsewhere at my own expense.

EXCELLENT CENTRAL B&B

Great B&B, central place.
I found my room clean.
Great value for money.
Clean sheets and clean bathroom.
The owner is very friendly and below there is also a restaurant.
Great for those looking for a fair compromise between price and centrality.
I will return

A pleasant stopover

Arrived in front of the door we phoned the numbers indicated to access the inside, the owner welcomed us and once checked in he meticulously indicated the path to access our two rooms, given his limited mobility. We found the rooms clean, cozy and with private bathroom. In the morning we enjoyed breakfast in a bar close. of the structure. Recommended!
