Also valid for the very central location.

Renovated rooms that are sufficiently spacious. In the heart of the city and easily accessible by car. Spacious bathroom. Breakfast with cakes, tarts, and much more including eggs, bacon, etc.

Decent

Not bad in itself: there is also a small wellness area.
In general, something more could be done. For cleanliness, modernity, and the facility.
The open kitchen door in view in the breakfast room is a no-go...
The restaurant on the fifth floor is good.

The hotel offers no parking on site. The A/C is controlled from the reception probably to the lowest possible setting probably to save on electricity. Our room was very hot! The mattress is low quality (probably coil. Shower water pressure is very low and temperature goes from cold to boiling hot by the second.

Thw only problem we had was with the AC. We were there the first week of October and our rooms were warm. When we asked they told us it had not been turned on and they would do so. After going back and forth a few times we were told they just turned on the blower because in the ‘winter’ they don’t have AC. We did not have this issue traveling in Italy for over 25 days. It was strange and felt like they did not want to just tell us that from the beginning. Otherwise the hotel was lovely appointed.

Central Latina option

The Hotel Europa is a hotel centrally located in Latina, so perfect if you need to be in this location.
The room was a little dated, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was basic, but adequate for purpose.
All the staff were so friendly and helpful - at check in, then also sorting out my taxi transfer back to Latina station. This was much appreciated.
