A very good address on the Ligurian coast.

Small, very well-run family hotel.
Pleasant room, beautiful bathroom, excellent breakfast.
Located next to the Lavagna marina, in a quiet area but close to the city center.
Possibility to park nearby.
Good value for money.

Memorable stay in a beautiful part of Liguria

My wife and I stayed at Blu Hotel in July 2026. Our room was clean and quiet, and the hotel staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
The hotel is a short walk from the centre of Lavagna and from the beach, and the neighbouring town of Chiavari is also within easy walking distance. I loved that we didn’t need to hire a car — it’s easy to explore other coastal towns by train, which stops in Lavagna, a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at Blu Hotel and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The location is both beautiful and incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area while still enjoying a peaceful setting.
The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay, which really made a difference. One of the highlights was the breakfast a lovely selection of fresh, high-quality options that set me up perfectly for the day.
All in all, a wonderful experience. I would happily stay here again.
