fantastic breakfast, easy check-in, friendly staff, good value, free parking (but there are only 6-7 spots so maybe you need to look around in the surrounding streets), all in all i can recommend, the only thing that I would improve is the quality of the mattress in the single room (it might be OK for the double rooms), the single bed mattress kinda flips over the bed base, it is too soft and doesnt hold in one place, so more than one night would have been difficult.

The location is far from Milan so it is not good for visit in Milan but good for visit in Lesa area. I understand landscapes are nice and that can be seen from the room view, balcony.
The bathroom is small and shower not good for mobility issues.
The heat was on so that is good for morning cold as comfy.
The breakfast is not good for veg(etari)ans and the good aspect is the organization of the tables by rooms. Service from reception was good except the transport from Arona train station as there is no bus or train to Lesa after 8 pm and also big problem with taxi

Very satisfactory

We stayed two nights, the room nice and clean, the breakfast buffet and the staff friendly and simpatico.E 'in a great location. Once we park the car in the garage we no longer have it

Nice basic hotel, nice breakfast and very nice staff. The rooms are a bit old but there is everything you need.
