Costa Morroni forever!

The structure is enchanting, a village of rare beauty immersed in the Mediterranean scrub.
The structure is arranged on various levels with barbecue, relaxation areas, swimming pool, games, bar and small paths that climb the hill flanked by fruit trees and aromatic herbs.
We had booked a studio apartment and we were upgraded to a two-room apartment with a beautiful terrace, finely and tastefully furnished, extremely clean and equipped with every comfort and furnishings; they also granted us a free late check out until 7pm and provided us with useful advice and free parking in the city.
Our dog really appreciated all the lush nature of the context as did we and we will not hesitate to return.

Never again

From the site it seemed a great location. As soon as we arrived we found ants falling his kitchen and on the bed (never solved the problem despite we solicited), electrical outlets and hair dryer not working (which were then repaired), bidet without legroom, shower without hangers and noisy, the TV you can not hear the audio, in front were doing construction work and then early morning demolition and bulldozers. The rusty and unusable barbecue, outdoor lights not working. The staff is friendly but they have to do everything in 2/3 people, for such a large hotel I would say impossible. The pool is accessible but a little neglected. The bar is open but on request, ladies have to bend over backwards to give you breakfast. The place has huge potential but they use 1/10. Peccato...

Nice place to stay if you're exploring the Cinque Terre area. You'll want a car though- it's not particularly walkable to the the Levanto train station or the town itself.

Stay far away...

I am still puzzled as how to, based on the reviews, I even decided to stay at this place. Because a “resort” it is not.
It started with having to find the actual place, driving up a very steep hill, only to be ushered down by a very unfriendly and inpatient host. Afterwords having to drag your heavy suitcases up the hill again by yourself. The ‘explanation’ of the property was limited to “I need the passports”.
The actual room was cold and did not remotely seem clean. The only means of heating the place was by an air conditioning that clearly had a mind of its own. The bathroom was even colder than the rest, with a Jacuzzi installed in it. Lots of buttons and nozzles, but only very little hot water...
We were scheduled to stay for two nights, but after the first night, sleeping on very uncomfortable beds, we decided to leave. As the booking was non-refundable, I did not even bother asking for a refund. We checked in to the park hotel Argento, which was a world of difference, and an oasis for my back!
In short, I highly recommend you to spend a bit more and stay somewhere else.
