Untapped potential

Average hotel apart from the catering of both breakfasts and dinners that I reviewed separately and that is worth it. The structure looks nice from the outside but the rooms are rather spartan and minimalist (for example there is no Sky in the room, lacks a small gym etc.) so it is good for a night of passage but for longer periods you feel the weight of the few stars. Too bad it would take little to be above average. Family Service

Friendliness

Excellent location in front of the bike/pedestrian path leading to the lake.
Clean rooms, attentive staff, helpful and also joyful. Great food, even breakfast
Hotel suitable for everyone. Despite the room overlooking the street we slept peacefully. See you next time. thank you Teresa

Written bar outside but very sad, rude lady at the counter who does not even greet, rolls her eyes to the sky , opens the objects and does not consider us, you have to know how to be to the public to carry out this activity and at least consider people, since we are customers and also the assortment of pasta is really poor

Visit to Levico Terme Christmas market period

Today, November 30, 2024 we returned my husband and I, Good morning for the umpteenth time as Campers on the parking lot of this hotel and we decided to try their cuisine as well and this is our review:
Great food, very attentive staff to the customer, I also recommend it as camper parking, I must say great service for this too.
We will definitely return.
