Nice surprise !!!

Friendly, helpful, sober and familiar... without many frills, perfect for early morning departures... convenient to the shuttle to the terminal, and with a wonderful dog... what can I say... highly recommended

Just a closed camel and no phone number to get in

I booked online, I did not know that I would arrive at a closed cancellation with codes of which obviously no one had warned me..... Luckily with me there was another customer who had been given the phone number to call on arrival, otherwise I would have stayed outside. I was told rudely that the number on Booking was there, too bad that in the various messages sent to me after payment no one thought to give me the necessary phone number or at least explain how to enter.... I have no words.....

Terrible experience

Apart from the location very close to the airport with the free shuttle within walking distance, everything else was really unpleasant: we found the room cold with an outside temperature on 0, we slept with clothes under the covers because the air conditioner turned on by us on our arrival could not heat the room, not even a chair, there is a kettle but not even a paper cup bad value for money

For one night it's fine

The room was clean as was the bathroom. In the closet we found some quilts, perfect for November nights. The staff was very kind. To sleep for a night before taking a flight it is perfect and inexpensive. Not far away you can also leave your car.

Horrible!

First the good: the staff was very helpful directing us how to check in and how to reach the property despite taxi strikes making transport difficult. The room was mostly clean, but…..
Now the bad: the mirror in the bathroom, the dirty bowl in the cupboard, nasty looking shower and rusty towel rack were rather off putting. The AC was off and no remote to be found so sleeping in the room was like a sauna. It was damp and uncomfortable and impossible to keep a window open because fly nets did not fill out the entire windows. Blinds did not close so we hung a blanket over the window to sleep. The shower head was old and not working very well and in our friends room it was even broken and their towels were clean, but gross. Both rooms were badly insulated and we could hear all the other inhabitants, every single toilet flush and shower trip, even conversations and I even saw a noisy water heater in one of the rooms as I passed it on my way out on check out.
It was also very noisy because of the flight traffic, but that is to be expected I guess.
I looked up reviews on Google and was shocked to see the rude responses from the owner, which was really the final straw for me. I would have left and checked in at the Holiday Inn down the street if I could, but it was full. I barely slept at all.
I cannot believe how good reviews for this place were on booking.com because it is horrible!
