An oasis in Lucca.

It is ignorance to review the building as “run down” the area is 500 years old! The garden is beautiful and an oasis after a day sightseeing. The caretakers are very gracious and accommodating. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, room #6 opens to a terrace overlooking the garden. The location is absolutely perfect. You are 2 minutes from shopping and fantastic food options. Our arrival by train was a comfortable 15 minute walk to our suite - very easy. We will be returning to Lucca and to this wonderful establishment.

Cute.

Beautiful location, in the center, historic building and lovely garden.
Comfortable room, spacious bathroom.
Breakfast is missing but there is a kitchen with hot drinks and snacks.
We would stay again.
Friendly and welcoming staff.

Falling structure

Old structure not cared for and let go. Very poor cleaning, falling furniture. It would need radical restructuring. Approximate owner on the time for check in, he was not found at the time he had indicated, but precise in the information on how to get to the structure. The only positive note is the convenient location in the center.
