Strategic location and friendly structure

B & B located in the immediate outskirts of Lucca, parking for the city center easily accessible, ideal accommodation to visit the city or to move in the neighboring areas.
Excellent reception of Mrs. Samantha, who is very nice and ready to meet every need.

Reviewable but with potential

Clean house but with some flaws that could be improved. Mattresses wider than the bed frames, faucets never checked so the water runs at a trickle. We had asked if there was shampoo and body wash, and the answer was positive, but instead there was one packet of body wash that was only enough to wash hands. Coffee maker with mold (it had been left closed) and broken, without a handle and impossible to pour into cups. (The seals were so old that they didn't allow the coffee to brew.) Small, inexpensive things that would help a lot. The famous customer focus.
