Perfect stay with impeccable reception
I stayed at Hotel Tatì and I was very satisfied. The rooms are modern, spacious and impeccably clean, with large bathrooms and equipped with all amenities. The property is quiet, well located a few minutes from the center of Lugo and with convenient free parking. But what really impressed me was the kindness of the staff: in particular, the girl in reception was always helpful and courteous, welcoming me with professionalism and a smile.

Untapped potential
Two-sided experience, I state this is a Mirabilandia package.
Very clean hotel, spacious rooms and so far deserved a rating of 5.
So many small (or less small..) mistakes bring down the rating.
Check in late, almost midnight.
Reservation for two adults and one child aged 6. The single bed of the child placed perpendicular to the double and in the center of the room: those who run a hotel should have the sensitivity to understand that a child of that age may need the bed adjacent to a wall.
We go into the room, very hot. There is an old air conditioner of the floor ones 5 cm from the head of the child's bed.
Obviously unsustainable, we had to move the bed despite schedule and fatigue since the room needed to be refreshed.
Breakfast until 9:30, we enter the room at 8:45 and there were three croissants all jammed, the others all finished.
A slice of bacon, never added more.
Finished juices, nobody noticed.
Milk from the finished coffee machine, nobody noticed despite being one of those machines with the milk jug on sight. I had to ask to add it in order to make a cappuccino.
Far too many oversights/carelessness for a four star.
Express check out, no request about how we had found ourselves despite there were no other customers waiting.

siamo spiacenti di leggere quanto da Lei scritto e ci scusiamo se involontariamente non abbiamo svolto un buon servizio; Ci tengo però a dirle che ho controllato la sua prenotazione e Lei ha soggiornato in una delle ns stanze più ampie; quando aggiungiamo i letti, a meno che non venga precisato, non abbiamo l'abitudine di metterli vicino alle pareti proprio per evitare che risulti scomodo a chi dorme. Se ci fosse stata segnalata l'esigenza, non avremmo avuto nessun problema nel posizionare il letto in un altra zona. Preciso anche che il condizionatore è perfettamente funzionante, ma per motivi di risparmio energetico, evitiamo di tenerlo sempre acceso; anche in questo caso bastava un colpo di telefono per chiederci di accenderlo poco prima dell'arrivo...l'avremmo fatto volentieri.
Per quanto riguarda le colazioni, ho girato la sua recensione al responsabile di sala; solitamente le ragazze sono presenti, ma evidentemente in questo caso non c'è stata la dovuta attenzione che è giusto ci sia e ce ne dispiace
La sua recensione ci servirà sicuramente per prestare ancora più attenzione al lavoro svolto

Honeymoon in Lugo
We love it! The receptionist is cute, we couldn't speak Italian and she spoke English. A love! We loved the bathroom, very complete (had a closet and pantyhose), besides the air conditioning was working very well and the bed is delicious! Indicator of closed eyes

It is always a great pleasure!!!
We have been attending the structure for twenty years now and, every time, we find the same wonderful welcome, although in reception we find people hired recently who, of course, have never seen us.
We really appreciated that, even booking from the site and not by phone as usual, we were reserved our favorite room.

Hotel in a strategic position to reach both the sea and the hill without neglecting the opportunity to visit more 'than historic cities within 40-50 minutes by car.
Cozy hotel, clean, with friendly and helpful staff. comfortable rooms, well conditioned and with an excellent degree of cleanliness and hygiene. Breakfast of excellent level which lacks nothing and constantly replenished. we frequent it for years and 'a pleasure to return every time
