Magnificent experience
To say that we had a good time is an understatement. The added value of the property is undoubtedly the entire staff, from the cleaning personnel to the waiters and the reception; every person goes out of their way to satisfy any request with the utmost kindness and promptness. The hotel is also truly beautiful: divided into two "parts," we had the opportunity to stay both in the more modern and wonderful suites and in the rooms of the original structure, which have nonetheless been renovated and are extremely comfortable. The food is fantastic and always varied; in 10 days, dinner was never repeated, and the chef is superb. Breakfast is varied with all local, zero-mile products. The spa has been recently renovated with an outdoor infinity pool and an underground floor dedicated to saunas (including a panoramic one) with various weekly events. Every day at breakfast, the staff prepares a bulletin that they leave for guests with the daily weather forecast, the forecast for the following days, and recommended activities in the surrounding area. Describing all the good things that are still there would take up too much space, but I recommend it to everyone, and I will definitely return to them.

The stay at the Hotel Weisses Kreuz was a truly excellent experience from every point of view. The property manages to combine elegance, comfort, and authenticity with great balance, maintaining a warm and never formal atmosphere.
The rooms are cared for down to the smallest detail, refined yet welcoming, and the cleanliness is impeccable. We particularly appreciated the quietness of the room, the quality of the services, and the spaces dedicated to wellness, ideal for relaxing after a day spent discovering the splendid Val Venosta.
The cuisine represents another point of absolute value: sophisticated dishes, quality raw materials, elegant presentations, and always attentive service. The breakfast is also varied, abundant, and prepared with great care.
What makes the Weisses Kreuz truly special, however, are the people. All the staff stand out for their professionalism, helpfulness, and genuine kindness. Every attention seems natural and never forced, making the guest feel welcomed and looked after without ever being intrusive.
The location, in the characteristic village of Burgusio, is also ideal for exploring the area and enjoying wonderful landscapes.

Oasis of enjoyment and wellness pleasure.
The Hotel Weisses Kreuz has been our beloved hideaway for a delightful and highly relaxing getaway for many years. We can wholeheartedly recommend this family-run wellness hotel... for all those who appreciate enjoyment, good taste, and wellness pleasure. We will be back soon!

Strong spa, beautiful location. Weak room & evening ambiance
We stopped here on our way home. The hotel is located in the heart of the old town center of Burgeis, a super beautiful, traditional, and wonderfully preserved South Tyrolean village, very authentic. Directly opposite, just a foot's breadth away, stands an old farmhouse with cows, surrounded by the old houses. Very close by is Marienberg, one of the oldest monasteries in Europe, and for hiking and cycling, one is perfectly situated.
The house itself has a lot of history and is a small labyrinth inside. The large underground garage was a real plus, and we were upgraded to a room with a balcony and impressive mountain views, really top.
The absolute highlight of the entire stay was the spa and my massage with Magdalena. I had back problems, and she was very experienced and professional. Here, one can tell that the quality and atmosphere are right. The spa area is great, with a heated pool, nice fitness center, and a breathtaking view from the pool.
The room was not large, but it is sufficient for a stopover of one or two nights. It was clean overall. Not perfect, but acceptable. There were small welcome snacks and water. The bathroom is only separated by a glass door, so acoustically, one remains very connected. With the spring mattress, the partner shakes along with it. The 100% polyester blanket was ultimately too much at 28°C. At some point, we took off the covers.
Unfortunately, we missed the chef Marc and the gourmet restaurant Mamesa. The food was still good and technically well-prepared. Solid South Tyrolean cuisine, which is usually above what one gets in hotels in Austria or Germany. The club sandwich and aperitif were nice, and breakfast on the terrace was as well.
Two things marred the stay. First... the wine. The red tasted like liqueur, was sent back, and according to the service, it was indeed spoiled. Second, the music. We sat next to the bar, not in the main restaurant, and throughout the entire dinner, loud techno music was playing. A perfectly cooked filet pairs about as well as polyester with a summer night. You could hear every word from the neighbors; it was not relaxing.
Our conclusion... Come for the location, spa, massage, and Magdalena. However, a 4-star hotel should improve on room amenities, bedding, and evening ambiance.

Es ist schade, dass Ihre Erwartungen bezüglich Zimmerausstattung und Abendambiente nicht erfüllt wurden. Alle unsere Zimmer & Suiten sind mit hochwertiger Allergikerbettwäsche ausgestattet, auf Wunsch erhält jeder Gast aber auch jederzeit gerne Federbettwäsche oder ein Kissen gefüllt mit Naturmaterialien wie z.B. ein Zirbenkissen. Die Hintergrund-Loungemusik für das Abendessen sollte eine angenehme Begleitung für unsere feines Gourmetmenü am Abend sein, gerne werden wir dies noch besser abstimmen.
