Owner makes the difference!

The apartment is "old", but the personality of Mr. Romano, the Elderly and Vital Owner, makes all the difference! He 'was super helpful, he made available his vegetable garden and his chicken coop to prepare a unique dinner, gave us the vinegar made by him... A really interesting meeting!

House of horrors

We booked a night in this house. We finally left after taking a shower. The apartment we were assigned was dirty, left to itself. Mould, cobwebs everywhere, water leaks from the ceiling, electrical outlets were from the wall, dirty and smelly linens from the old house. Bad experience.

Very scruffy. Mr Romano welcomes you with his wine and oil, he is 89 years old but he must rely on staff

We glossed over many things, tired from the journey. We found the house internally really neglected and dusty, fridge rusty and held together by scotch as well as the sink drain, the broken shower door, dripping boiler, linen lisa and worn... oven greasy bisunto .. not to mention the dishes, the house from outside really cute tufa inserted in a bucolic context, golden silence! Very nice vaulted ceilings. Great reception of Mr. Romano the owner.

DISHONEST. DO NOT BOOK HERE !!!!!!!!

TERRIFYING experience. We arrive at the scheduled time and Mr. Ballerini wasn't there.. his cell phone was off.. we waited for him out there for hours. So much so that I think it's a real scam. In fact, in hindsight, we feel like we suffered it. Everything is scary, dirty, old and dusty. The radiators were there, but they were broken... strangely, you had to pay to turn on a kind of alternative heating... and it was a real theft... worth reporting!!!!!! Hot water didn't come out of any tap... not even the shower. We froze to death... and we were with our children. SHAME!!!!!!!! You are truly dishonest, disguised as a distracted grandfather.

Stay away!

Unspeakable, I have never been to such a horrible place and I don't understand how it can be present on booking with an excellent rating. Owner unreachable on arrival and departure, house with an excess of paintings and disturbing objects and dirty with torn sockets not up to standard. Heating is paid separately at 1.50 euros per hour which is recorded by a questionable timer. You pay only in cash and you are not registered. A shame
