Tuscany style

Beautiful structure, surrounded by greenery, very close to the spa of Saturnia. Homemade cakes, wine and organic oil produced on site. Cleanliness and friendliness. Numerous nearby destinations to visit including the villages of Montemerano, the tufa cities .. experience to repeat.

I thought better...

Room not very clean
The bathroom was full of mold
And in the room a lot of dust
Also at night you could hear the noise of the guests in the upstairs room.
And the noise of cars passing in the nearby street.
Good breakfast with homemade cakes.

A big bluff!

Very nice location. Mediocre service and very courteous owner with the only worry of receiving payment quickly.
Below average breakfast with industrial jams, bagged rusks and plastic bottled water.
Leaving aside the taste that is subjective, the neglected Apartment with tape on the doors, bathroom with empty used vial left there not to mention the cleanliness and the fact that the heating was off.
Not to mention that the breakfast room is not equipped with a high chair and that the cot that was provided was old dirty and broken.
A big bluff!

Nice find!

We booked this property randomly, just one night, but it was enough to understand the professionalism of Marco and Virginia.
Owners friendly and friendly , clean structure , well furnished , very close to the spa of Saturnia .
Good breakfast and breakfast.

Great pool, big rooms, clean bathroom. Foam bed and flat pillows. No tea coffee making facilities and did not see a bar, though their restaurant was 100m away may have served drinks. Restaurant good food well presented. Good breakfast.
