Excellent

Perfect location, free parking, including covered parking
Spacious and very clean rooms, a truly varied breakfast from smoked salmon with avocado to croissants, cakes, and various cheeses

I’ve stayed here many times over many years and have always found this hotel to be easy, helpful and accommodating in every way. Staff is always helpful and parking is easy.

Perfect overnight hotel

We stayed one night for overnight so we arrived in the evening and left in the morning. Check-in was fast and smooth. The room was clean and fresh and there was everything you needed. Large comfortable bed and soft comfortable pillows. Breakfast was included in the price and it was very good. Scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, salmon, salami, ham, cheeses, fresh fruit, juices, pastries, pancakes, yogurt, etc. The dog was welcome everywhere even in the breakfast room. Free parking right outside the hotel. Free wifi. Recommended

Nice hotel and very convenient for the location if you want to visit the city of Maranello.
Nice rooms but nothing exceptional. Good breakfast.
They can avoid hosting meetings and conferences because it is beyond their capacity.
No collaboration with the requests that were made.

Clean, but don't expect much else.

Room was on the nicer side, about average if you are used to American hotels like Marriott or Hilton.
Agree with StanAman on the hit or miss with the front desk staff and breakfast staff. Food selection for breakfast was good, staff was in the back room most of the time we were there, so took a little while to order coffee, however, it was delivered promptly once ordered.
The lounge area did have several coffee machines for use at anytime. The bar/resturant wasn't available until 5pm daily. Cannot speak to that service as we didn't utilize it during our stay.
One thing that very much stood out to us was the sign in the room that essentially said if we dared to eat or drink anything from outside the hotel (including any food delivery) there would be a monitary penalty. With such limited options at the resturant as well as their hours, this came across as unnecessarily unwelcoming.
Additionally, whomever designed the bathrooms should be sentanced to a life with that as their only option. Fairly typical barndoor entrance that was mostly blocked by the sink. One could only enter the WC at an angle due to the bidet located directly across from the sink. To get a better idea, one could not wheel a standard carry-on suitcase width wise through the entrance. The shower door couldn't be opened fully as the toilet was in the way, so the corner opened making it less necessary to enter the shower at an angle like entering the bathroom itself. The rainhead shower faucet took up almost the entire show, necessitating the use of the handheld shower head to bathe if you don't enjoy standing in a downpour with nowhere to move your head during your shower.
All in all, it's fine for a night, clean hotel to sleep in. Just don't expect any character, welcoming atmosphere and a less than enjoyable bathing experience. Very much NOT a 4-star property.
