A nightmarish dinner

We've been hanging out at this restaurant for more than 15 years. We raised our kids there. Every time from rome we get off in Naples for us it is a fixed stop. Like today. But something changed, we found ourselves in a completely unknown reality. We were greeted by rude and nervous waiters. We asked for a harp type of drink and they brought us another justifying that it was the same anyway. We ordered the appetizer in all 6 courses of which three arrived quite quickly and three more after about 1 hour , they had thrown the command. Basically at 22.00 we were still struggling with lost appetizers. When they finally arrived we were faced with hard and cold zeppole , a raw battered pumpkin flower with sour cheese in it , and last but not least a soute of mussels and clams where there were 6 shrivelled mussels maybe a dozen clams and everything else was lupins full of sand and half still closed . When we tried to ask the owner/waiter Mr. Peppe for an explanation, we were told that we were just making a fuss and even putting our hands on my husband's plate to show us that the clams and mussels would fit. In the end, he gave us a relish by declaring that the soute would charge him 7 euros instead of ten . It must also be said that the first three courses of the appetizers we ate with a dish divided into two and without napkins. What was a familiar moment and full of appeals for us turned into a nightmare with a clear aggression by the owner of the restaurant precisely Mr. Peppe who denied his responsibility to the last. We paid a huge bill compared to what we actually ate since after the appetizers we were visibly bewildered and decided to leave.

Nightmarish

This place must be closed, the dishes that brought was full of insects really sucked, the ladies bathroom the floor all dirty and the filthy floor placed by ADVISE the Owner as soon as he was called he immediately refused but inviting us to pay what we had consumed

We ordered seafood and two pans arrived at the table but as soon as we touched the tongs immediately we noticed something moving on the plate was absurd was full of animals a shocking thing and when we asked to speak with the owner he refused asking us to pay what poco.di appetizer we had eaten without even coming to our absurd table we will not set foot again

Unsettling.

Unsettling. There are no words to describe this property. Old and dated structure, the balcony was not closed, but that's nothing, dirty linen, there wasn't even a rubbish bag in the bathroom bin. Nightmare hotel as far as I'm concerned.
