spoiled in suite room 502.

For the second time, we returned to this fantastic hotel and spoiled ourselves in one of the two suites on the fifth floor.
Everything perfect, as always, the only thing I would like to say is that I was sorry to find the terrace marquee completely neglected (as you can see from the photos ) as the sunbeds a bit abandoned there, but maybe because we come from winter, I am sure that for the summer the terrace of the suite will be taken care of in every detail, as it was for the room and bathroom (unfortunately without window)
Staff always very kind highly trained , impeccable cleaning of the hotel and room.

Riguardo alla segnalazione dell’arredamento del terrazzo della suite, desideriamo confermare che, come da lei gentilmente ipotizzato, nel periodo che precede la bella stagione l’hotel è interessato da interventi di rinnovamento e preparazione degli spazi esterni.
Ci auguriamo di poterla accogliere nuovamente presto, per farle vivere un’esperienza ancora più completa e all’altezza delle sue aspettative.

Very poor.

Room with a sea view was a disaster. It is directly on a heavily trafficked road, making it impossible to have a conversation on the balcony, let alone sleep at night. We checked out after a disastrous night. And the hotel did not refund any of our deposit, and for another room, they wanted an additional 100 euros per night. No accommodation whatsoever. Would not recommend the hotel.

You are never far away to reconnect

The evening of May 28th at the Excelsior Hotel in Marina di Massa was perfectly successful: "YOU ARE NEVER FAR AWAY TO RECONNECT."
I would like to thank the Events Manager Simona, the Maître d'Hôtel Alessia, the head chef Luca, and everyone who contributed.
The perfect organization and touch of elegance made the evening magical.

May 28th in joy

I spent a very pleasant evening with nice people on one of the hotel’s terraces, tastefully prepared. Everything went perfectly, thanks also to the professionalism and efficiency of the service staff, who were always attentive and available. To be kept in mind for other similar occasions.

magnificent experience, superlative staff

I had a wonderful experience with this hotel. The management and all the staff at the reception were more than helpful in fulfilling all my wishes, including my special requests, made me feel very comfortable and with superlative treatment. I will definitely be back!
