An experience definitely to be repeated.

Comfortable and well-maintained hotel. Rooms a bit dated but very clean.
Very kind and helpful staff, good breakfast with quality products and excellent desserts. Top-level restaurant, special fish dishes with perfect pairings.
Compliments to the chef and all the dining room staff. I truly had a wonderful week, thanks to everyone.

The good:
The restaurant on site was very good, the staff were friendly and accommodating and the area was very nice for walking or going to find a bar.
The not so good:
Our room didn’t have air conditioning (we knew this going in from other reviews), because of this we had to leave our windows open, which would have been fine but it was extremely loud in the morning with a garbage truck and the insects screaming.
For a one night stay prior to getting on a cruise, it was fine, but I would not recommend this hotel for a multi night stay.

A week of total relaxation

Hotel in an excellent location with private parking, well-maintained and very clean, but the rooms are a bit dated. Friendly and always available staff, good breakfast for all tastes.
Excellent level restaurant.

The staff is very kind, the bathroom needs to be reviewed.

We stayed one night at this establishment for Maestro Muti's master class in Ravenna. We had a good experience; the staff was very kind and accommodating to all our requests. The bathroom in our room needs some renovation.

Bad and unprofessional management

Disappointing stay. The room was dated and very noisy, with old furnishings. The bathroom was also old, with low water pressure, creating several inconveniences.
The restaurant service was below expectations: mediocre food quality and excessive waiting times during dinner, especially between first and second courses. In four days of half board, the menu has never changed, despite the requests of several guests in the room.
The management also left something to be desired: the manager proved unhelpful and unfriendly in handling customer requests.
Overall, negative experience and structure that needs improvement in both services and attention to guests.
