Easter break.
It was an unusual experience as we expected to be welcomed in this structure but actually we had to wait for the owner. He assigned us the room : small , with no spaces where we could put our suitcases , modestly clean and with basic furnishings and unironed sheets .
The most disappointing moment was breakfast, without a convenient time slot: 2 croissants 2 jams and a glass of tap water.
Little hygiene and a lot of dust, even in breakfast dishes,
But Nunzio is the real character, that you have to know: born at the sea but with the desire of the mountain, his great dream and aspiration.

Gentile ospite la ringraziamo per la sua opinione, ma occorre fare alcune precisazioni.
In merito alla sua espressione "ci aspettavamo di essere accolti in questa struttura ma in realtà abbiamo dovuto noi attendere il titolare" ci tengo a precisare che avevo chiamato diverse volte prima del vostro arrivo per aver comunicato l'orario e farmi trovare in loco, cosa che da parte vostra non è stata fatta.
In merito alla sua espressione: "la stanza : piccola , senza spazi dove poter poggiare le valigie , di modesta pulizia e con un arredamento basico e con lenzuola non stirate" . Precisiamo che si tratta di una camera matrimoniale da 18 MQ, corredata da portavaligia e da arredamento completo. Le lenzuola che usiamo noi come in quasi tutte le strutture ricettive, sono lenzuola No Stiro, pratiche non necessitano di stiratura e si asciugano velocemente dopo ogni lavaggio.
In merito alla sua affermazione: "Il momento più deludente è stato quello della colazione, senza una fascia oraria comoda : 2 cornetti 2 marmellatine e un bicchiere di acqua del rubinetto". Abbiamo dato amplia scelta di fascia oraria dalle ore 7 alle ore 10 è voi avete scelto di fare colazione alle ore 08:45, abbiamo esibito un menu da colazione dove avevate a disposizione ben 26 prodotti è come da verifiche interne effettuate avete scelto solo: 2 cappuccini, 2 cornetti vuoti grandi, 2 succhi di frutta, marmellata e nutella e biscotti integrali. In merito all'acqua dal rubinetto non vedo cosa lamentare in quanto la nostra acqua del rubinetto è potabile.
Igiene poca e polvere tanta , anche nei piatti della colazione , Mi viene da ridere perchè se era vero cio che dite non credo che avreste fatto colazione con i piatti pieni di polvere, piuttosto se era veritiero avreste fatto presente la cosa e io mi sarei scusato e cambiavo i piatti. In merito alla affermazione "Ma Nunzio è il vero personaggio, che bisogna conoscere: nato al mare ma con il desiderio della montagna , suo grande sogno e aspirazione" preferivo tenere fuori la vita privata da questa recensione che si commenta da sola.

After making the reservation due to health problems I had to cancel the stay. The owner immediately made himself available to cancel the room without applying any penalty. Compliments are not for everyone

Structure located within a park, equipped with parking and large garden.
Breakfast certainly needs to be improved, with a wider choice of products, and pay more attention to cleanliness. Upon our arrival we found the room not exactly clean, which was quickly restored the next day after raising the problem with the manager Nunzio, a very helpful person.

Buona Giornata la struttura non è posizionata all'interno di un parco ma di un Residence. La prima colazione è stata scelta da VOI da un menù alla carta durante la fase di check-in che contiene: Caffe, Latte, Caffellatte, Cappuccino, The al latte, The al Limone, Cioccolatà, Burro, Marmellata, Panini e brioches. Caffe decaffeinato, yogurt, miele, uova alla coque, Uova al prosciutto, Toast, Frutta, Spremuta d'arancia e succo di pomodoro. E' chiaro che i prodotti somministrati nella prima colazione sono in base alla vostra ordinazione e relativo pagamento dei singoli prodotti.
In merito alla pulizia, posso smentire tutto quanto detto avendo fatto come mezzo di prova una dettagliata documentazione fotografica con relative foto delle fasi di lavoro. Pertanto per chi avesse il dubbio comprese eventuali autorità sanitarie locali, leggendo questa recensione mi può chiedere tranquillamente la documentazione fotografica tramite email a nunziogagliano84@virgilio.it e sarò ben contento di far vedere le foto a dimostrazione della scrupolosità di come facciamo le pulizie. We had a family room (4 persons) packed with beds so hardly room to move around between the beds. No facilities like a water cooker or coffee machine, neither a table and chairs in the room. WiFi/internet is pretty slow. The public room with fridge, coffee machine etc was messy, bins were full and we were only allowed to make use of the fridge.
The host is very precise (check-in took 30 minutes) but foremost very present like a police officer whole day offering not fresh fruit, locking the door of the room while a family member was inside picking up some stuff, coming after us if we left a glass on the public table outside. The intentions might be good but not very relaxed.
The village itself is very quiet. For restaurants and supermarkets you have to drive a few kilometers to the beach.
