An Easter cuddle!
We spent four days at Tenuta il Cicalino and could not ask for anything better. The location is bucolic: farmhouses among olive trees, plane trees framing the avenues, silence interrupted only by the wind.
Our “Poderino” had everything we needed, decorated with charm, and the large garden was the joy of our dog. For us, however, the joy was renting e-bikes with Luca, who accompanied us in choosing the route with great competence. After a trip to the hills, the pool and spa did the rest.
Last but not least: the kitchen. Chef Riccardo offers Maremma dishes (his pappardelle with meat sauce are memorable) with special care for intolerances and allergies. For those with celiac disease, it is a rarity to find gluten-free bread, pasta and desserts of that quality: the chocolate cake is proof of this. Everything is seasoned with their olive oil and their exquisite wines (produced literally at zero km).
Finally a big thank you to all the staff. Gianna, Petra and Daniela at reception were available at all times, and the whole team was very kind and welcoming.
We will be back next year at Easter, that’s for sure!

Stunning place and fantastic experience
Everything was perfect. Charming place immersed in the Maremma nature. The estates are stunning, well-furnished, and offer every type of comfort. For those who want to discover Tuscany, I recommend staying and experiencing Cicalino.

Great experience!
We recently spent a weekend with friends at Tenuta il Cicalino. Everything was perfect! Beautiful structure with extreme cleanliness, attention to detail. Thanks to Petra, in reception... helpful and very kind, her advice made a real difference, allowing us to enjoy the holiday to the fullest. Very recommended for those looking for relaxation and an impeccable welcome in an oasis of tranquility. We look forward to returning!

The most beautiful place in Tuscany
We just spent 4 days at the Tenuta Il Cicalino and honestly we didn't want to leave anymore. It's simple: A paradise in Tuscany.
Upon arrival, the executive grabs you. The hills, the olive trees, the vineyards, that golden evening light that envelops everything... Except this is real, and it's even more beautiful than the pictures.
The property is of rare beauty, perfectly maintained without ever losing its authenticity. The accommodation is spacious, tastefully decorated, and every detail shows a real concern for quality. We were a group of friends and we had all the space to meet, cook together, have a drink at sunset — those simple moments that become the best memories.
But what really makes a difference here are the people. The welcome is warm, sincere, never forced. It feels like home, while being treated with small onions. Advice for visits, restaurants, walks — everything was perfect.
And what about the wine tastings and olive oil produced on site? Pure treat. We discovered flavors that will not be found anywhere else, with passionate explanations that give even more depth to each sip.
The absolute calm, the singing of cicadas, the al fresco dinners under the stars, the crazy laughter between friends in this dream setting... These 4 days have resourced us as rarely holidays have done.
If you’re looking for a place that’s authentic, beautiful, slows down, and has everything together to enjoy great moments with friends, couples, or family — look away. Tenuta Il Cicalino is one of those rare places that keeps all its promises, and exceeds them.
