Noisy, But nice and very good food
it is not a quiet hotel, they play the music until very late (around 1 in a morning) and a lot of kids, bear this in mind if you are looking for somewhere quiet.
I enjoyed it a lot here, very nice food in the main restaurant and pizzeria
all inclusive for drinks only includes beer and wine, for me this is good but if you want cocktails you will have to pay
a small beach is a short walk away but its not big
there is a supermarket about 15 minute walk also and some nearby restaurants.
it gets very busy here, try to get a sunbed earlier.
there is a small mini fridge in the room and air conditioning.

Hotel with top-notch staff
I just spent 11 days at Hopps with my wife and daughter. I would like to congratulate the entire staff for their kindness, their dedication, and their professionalism. From the waitresses to the pizza maker, the manager, the housekeeping service, the maintenance service, the cooks, the entertainers, absolutely EVERYTHING is done so that guests have a good stay. Free parking is available when you rent a car, the food is good and varied, and the pizzeria accessible for lunch and dinner is a significant asset. Given the occupancy rate, we were impressed by the cleanliness in the hotel and its exteriors; the work that is not always visible is remarkable. The only hitch, but independent of Hopps, the Obélix rental agency did not have cars available during the stay and their communication on this subject really left something to be desired. By persevering, I managed to rent on my own from a small agency near the station ( AUTONOLEGGIO Via Degli Archi ) which proved to be very professional and efficient. The pools and the entertainment are really very nice; the evening of August 15th with an aperitif, Sicilian meal, shows, Pool Party, and fireworks blew us away. I had formed an opinion before coming by condensing the comments and the general impression is very, very good, even excellent. The hotel is well located 400m from the center of Mazzara and the Kasbah, and in the evening a night market enlivens the street in addition to the funfair. I repeat, but the professionalism of the entire team is just wonderful. To finish, we knew that on weekends Sicilians came to spend a good time at the hotel and that they could be noisy, but we were far from imagining such a decibel level....if you add the rudeness and lack of respect, they unfortunately spoil the efforts of the hotel team.

Disappointing experience
Disappointing experience; all those people who leave a positive review, I don't know which hotel they stayed in, but for me, it was the most disappointing of all the hotels I have been to; it was money thrown away.

A wonderful week in mid-August.
A truly wonderful stay experience. We spent a fantastic family week at Hopps Hotel in Mazara del Vallo and we had a great time in every respect.
The property stands out for its impeccable hygiene: extremely clean environments, perfectly sanitized and permeated by a pleasant scent that makes the atmosphere even more welcoming. The sea is simply enchanting, crystal clear and clean, perfect for moments of pure relaxation. The cuisine is excellent and the entertainment exceptional, capable of guaranteeing maximum fun for the entire vacation. A special note of merit goes to the entire staff and in particular to the manager: a serious, distinguished, and exquisitely decent person, always sociable, approachable, and attentive to satisfying our every need.
An experience to be lived, enriched by an excellent price-quality ratio. We highly recommend it!

Exciting.
We spent here a fantastic week just during the period of August. It was a wonderful holiday, able to combine maximum relaxation with moments of pure fun. The strength was undoubtedly the catering: the food is great and there is impeccable attention to every food need. Whether you're a vegetarian or a meat and fish lover, here you'll find an incredible variety of dishes to choose from every day, with plenty of vegetables always fresh. To top it all off, the staff is extraordinarily kind, welcoming and always available. Super recommended structure, we will definitely be back!
