3 days of relaxation with family

Beautiful property with ample parking and pool, excellent value for money, spacious and clean rooms, very kind and professional staff. A round of applause to Nicola who gave us tips on what to see nearby! Beautiful experience in these quiet places in Basilicata

Nightmarish stay

Disappointing experience under every expectation, from the rudeness of the staff to the poor efficiency of the kitchen not to mention the pool, a place where more than 59/60 people could not even take a shower before using it. They basically sell you smoke disguised as a luxury hotel. But it doesn't come close to the image he wants to give. Mid-August lunch to make you cry, with a fixed price that was paid on time but that was disappointing too. They didn't even have bread, hot drinks, dishes that arrived in disorder and sometimes had intervals of several minutes. I strongly discourage anyone who wants to try to venture into this experience in the future.

Pietragalla ... the park of Palmenti

Visiting the park of Palmenti in Pietragalla was a really nice experience, it seemed to be in the village of hobbits.
The park is really nice, but unfortunately it is not well maintained from the point of view of cutting the grass, which in some places is really very high, also some of the ancient buildings should be made safe as some children could end up in the wells ... and some were filled with water.
From the site you can also enjoy a beautiful panorama with a reservoir of water, artificial lake and the village of Acerenza that can be seen in the distance.
You could make better use of this site embellishing it with some guide explaining the ancient use of these buildings.

Great property in Melfi

I stayed at La Fattoria for two nights during a business event, the experience was very positive. The very nice room, modern furniture, with a ‘study’ corner where I could work. The bathroom is neat and well maintained.
The breakfast room has a good buffet .. maybe a little dispersive.
Structure highly recommended!

Disappointment is bad manners

The staff is extremely rude, from arrival to departure. The feeling is that the hotel has been renovated to improve, but is run down. The cleanliness left something to be desired and the restaurant, although good, the waiter confused the orders and charged the wrong amount when leaving. Bad experience.
