Pleasant experience

This b & b is located in an apartment, in a beautiful location, facing the sea of the Strait. It's just a shame that it's old and in need of renovation, but it has incredible potential. Even the palace is, in itself, a little neglected. A real shame! Very nice breakfast room and even breakfast we enjoyed it very much. It is very convenient because below, in the main street it passes by tram that leads directly to the Central Station and the Maritime Station.

Title: Misleading photos – don’t expect the “Design” experience

We booked this B&B last minute after messing up our previous accommodation. My biggest issue is how misleading the photos on booking sites are. Most of them show a beautiful breakfast room with a stunning harbor view. That space is lovely, but it’s not where you sleep.
Our room faced the back of the building. The view? Bird poop. Everywhere. The room itself was plain and basically unadorned – nothing “Design” about it. On the plus side, it was clean. But that’s the bare minimum.
We ended up leaving before breakfast, so we never even got to use that pretty room we saw in the photos. That’s on us for timing, but it still stings knowing the best part of the property wasn’t part of our actual stay.
If you book here, go in with very low expectations for the room. You might get lucky with a better view, but don’t count on it. The listing feels like it’s selling the breakfast terrace first and the accommodation second. For a last-minute one-night stop, it was fine – clean and functional. But if you’re looking for charm, design, or a nice view from your bed, look elsewhere.

I'd avoid it.

Structure located in a great location but unfortunately in an old 60s/70s building, smelly and disturbing. Poor cleaning
Excellent view of the living room but all a little dirty and neglected.

Would not return

The only positive thing about this place is the view. Would not recommend and would not return.
Once in a lifetime experience the window directly in the shower and I said it all.
I wonder if their ‘Design’ is up to standard.

All the pictures had ocean view but there was not ocean view at all, I think it was in breakfast room but doors to there was locked all the time. We wake up to loud noices from the hallway and from other ppl rooms. The room itself was nice and clean.
