Accogliente e comodo
Host gentile e disponibile, camera pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort essenziali. Nonostante le recensioni lette, abbiamo dormito serenamente senza particolare disturbo dai rumori esterni. Il punto forte di 4rooms è decisamente la posizione: quartiere dotato di ogni necessità e vicinissimo aile fermate dei mezzi pubblici. Uniche pecche: un odore sgradevole che usciva dagli scarichi del bagno e il bollitore che andrebbe curato con più attenzione (non ci è infatti stato possibile utilizzarlo).

Super noisy
Uncomfortable bed and really small, bad quality pillows. The toilet is broken and the water at the shower has no pressure at all. I don’t want to discuss about the noise that couldn’t let us sleep. ( it’s not only the road noise as you can hear clearly everything) there is a sound that woke me up from here inside of the walls!! I don’t know what it is !! Firstly I thought that someone else from another room was at the toilet then I realized that every 3 to 5 minutes this sounds and not stopping never it’s literally in my head ! It didn’t stop all night and all morning.
Also when I booked there was two option I chose the expensive one ( 1.200 and something for 3 nights) and the photos on what I chose was showing a very nice shower with nice lights and spacious! It’s nothing like that! The only good thing is the location and the lady who before our arrival was super detailed on the whatsapp message about everything!

Would never recommend.
The hotel is in a good location about a 10-15 minute walk to the cathedral. The hotel room is basic but nice and suitable for a cheap weekend away however the main problem is the noise and if we knew about it we would never stay here. The piping in the building must be medieval as it must be as loud as a plane and woke up us throughout the night. The walls are thin you are awoken by other guests alarm clocks and the sounds of them blowing their noses (pleasant). The tram stop directly outside the building could be seen as advantageous, however the shreeks and grinds of the brakes as the tram comes to a stop at 5.30/6am was just the nail on the coffin. I have been here on holiday for 3 nights and not had one decent night's sleep. This has been, without a doubt, one of my worst experiences in a hotel.

Péssimo hotel
Péssimas condições. Barulho durante a noite, roupa de cama suja, toalhas que não foram lavadas. Pedimos para arrumar o quarto e deixar toalhas novas, não aconteceu. Para além disto, sem TV, espaço entre a sanita e o duche minúsculo... Horrível! Não recomendo.

L'apparenza inganna..
Posizione buona, sia per arrivarci a piedi, sia coi mezzi pubblici.
La presentazione della camera al momento della consegna delle chiavi era pressoché accettabile. Dopo 10 min ci siamo accorti che la pulizia del pavimento lasciava a desiderare (le nostre calze da bianche sono diventate nere). Le lenzuola del letto avevano sopra peli altrui e i cuscini erano scomodissimi.
Il bagno, a vederlo in foto, sembra piuttosto moderno e spazioso, in realtà per sedersi sul wc dovevamo mettere le gambe dentro la doccia.
Per non parlare della puzza di fogna che usciva dagli scarichi del bagno e si propagava nella stanza.
Lo sconsiglio vivamente!
