Accommodation acca palace

I stayed here during the week of the Olympics Milan curtain 2026 with my family. Great stay, excellent location a few steps from the metro to reach the cathedral in 5 minutes, also the hotel is very close to a large supermarket. Very clean rooms and abundant and quality breakfast. I will definitely be back

Not reliable for business

Unfortunate experience when trying to book a 2 days 30 person corporate meeting; email exchange was very quick, we booked the congress, were asked for a non refundable bank transfer payment or a credit card to secure the dates; I proceeded as normal by sending my corporate attendees all the meeting details, only to receive the morning after an email from the hotel confirming everything except for the second day of our corporate meeting, as the room was busy. Obviously this 'error' costed me and my company a loss of money and we had to recall all messages showing lack of professionally. I do not recommend this hotel for any corporate event. There are more options in Milano that really value and respect corporate time.

My room was below average for me. Not what I was expecting. The photos on the website are deceiving. Bathroom was ok, room was cold, door locks were horrible with a huge ass key that was heavy to carry vs. a key card. Close to the metro that was a plus. Overall I would rate this a 4.5/10.

A good solution

External appearance pleasant professional welcome good and spacious rooms and good quality breakfast. Convenient also the car garage. Cost in tune with Milan rates (the hotel does not enter but excessive tourist tax)
