Great location, really friendly and helpful staff, good beds and facilities in the dorms (and the other guests were well behaved - which helped). Great to have a kitchen and ability to cook ones own food, as well as to get breakfast, coffee or a drink at the downstairs bar. Short walk to the centre of the city. Great price and absolutely delightful.

Awful, horrible experience.

Good morning.
The façade is no longer very graceful and inspires a lot of confidence, we were 8 in the group and we were put in a room of 6 people with an extra bunk, as you can intuit the space was very short.
The main reason for this review is because of the appearance of bed bugs, several of my companions woke up with small stings and over time they became welts, which produced a very painful itching, this knowing it has left us with a lot of distrust and fear to take it to our home.
On the other hand, for us (8 people) there was only one service with a toilet and 2 showers totally insufficient.
The aesthetic of the room was very short, ceilings with mold (humidities), visible pipes in the bathroom, dirt from all corners including the radiators, smell of damp and closed, the hygiene material (dryer) was in bad condition, in the window we have a mosquito net that is totally useless.
Theme meals, have little variety and almost no room for quiet breakfast.
Now I attach photos,

It was generally fresh hotel in a rather good location. However, the ”box” for personal belongings was really dirty and needed a wipe (I slept in a top-bunk). Also, the duvet had some stains as well, but the sheets where fresh.
The bathroom was also a bit dirty, but I checked in very late so I don’t know if it was my room-mates fault or not.
The absolute worst part however, was the lack of AC. It’s been really warm in Milan the latest couple of days, and it was not possible at all to sleep in the crazy warm room. So don’t go here when it’s hot outside, cause I did not get any sleep.
The personal wasn’t that talkative, but they got the job done and smiled.

An absolutely terrible experience. We arrived at 10 PM and checked into our private room. We turned on the AC, but after an hour, the room was still at 29°C. The receptionist told us to just wait. By midnight, the thermostat hit 30°C. When I asked for another room or a solution because it was impossible to sleep, the night receptionist was incredibly rude and sarcastic. He mockingly said he wasn't a technician and couldn't do anything to help.
The next morning, a more honest staff member admitted the entire building's AC was broken and they were waiting two weeks for a part to fix it. We couldn't sleep at all and had to book a different hotel for our second night. For just €20 more, we got actual quality and safety.
The issues didn't stop there: the staff is completely unprepared; the towels are tiny and rock-hard; breakfast is very basic; and there was a foul smell in the stairs and elevator.
To make matters worse, they still haven't refunded my second canceled night, penalizing me for their own failure. They actually had the audacity to offer a €20 voucher as an apology for a room that cost nearly €100! I am escalating this to consumer protection authorities. I felt completely unsupported by both the hotel and the Hotel.com app. Stay away!

One of the most bizarre place I have stayed at. Staffs were not caring, lights would go off every now and then in the room and idk, a lot of weird stuffs there. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
