Bad hotel, not recommended

Unfortunately, this accommodation was absolutely uninhabitable for us, and we had to leave it immediately after our arrival.
Already upon entering, we noticed the condition of the accommodation. The wooden floor was so severely swollen and pushed up in several places that we stumbled over it and even fell when we entered. There were noticeable moisture stains on the walls behind the bed and in the bathroom. The shower was heavily moldy.
The cleanliness was also significantly lacking. The minibar still contained remnants from previous guests, the coffee machine was heavily soiled, and the shelves in the bathroom were not properly cleaned. The nightstand was damaged and sagging noticeably downward.
Due to these significant deficiencies, a stay was not acceptable for us. We had to book another accommodation at our own expense on short notice.
Particularly disappointing was the handling of the situation afterward. Unfortunately, a customer-oriented solution was not offered. Instead, communication proved to be extremely difficult, forcing us to hand the matter over to a lawyer upon our return.
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this accommodation and would like to alert other travelers that the actual condition deviated significantly from what we expected.

Good location

This place has a good location being super central. The place is basic and is just enough if your focus is to roam around Milano.

Very disappointing.

Poorly maintained, no smoke detector (while that was indicated) No service. (no clean towels every day). Up the stairs four stories. With heavy suitcases not doable. Maybe cheaper than the hotels but still too expensive for what you get. Don't recommend it to anyone.
