Nice location

The girl at the reception was kind and perfect.
The room was large, bright, with essential but elegant furnishings.
Night floor separated by a spiral staircase from the entrance-living room-kitchen with adjoining bathroom.
The kitchen was equipped with a fridge, induction hob and dishwasher.
Only notes:
1. Very steep spiral staircase (you need to hold on with 2 hands to avoid the risk of falling down). Therefore not recommended for elderly people.
2. Lack of what is needed for a first hot morning drink (tea or coffee)

We stayed in the Loft-room with my 4 friends from 22nd to 25th of September. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was nice! The hotel has a great location and our room was fully equipped. But.. the room was a bit dusty and the sofa-bed was in horrible shape! I think someone had jumped on it, because it had sunken down so that me and my friend rolled to the middle when sleeping on it (or when we tried to sleep). Plus: it was extremely cold in the room and we only had bed linen for blankets which did not keep us warm at all. We tried to ask for proper blankets but they couldn't give those, because "it is still so warm OUTSIDE". Yes, outside was warm, but inside the room we were freezing! The locking system on the door was also very complicated Our toilet paper ran out on the morning of the cleaning. We left the room for the duration of the cleaning and came back, and we had no toilet paper! We had to ask for some from our neighbors, who were kind enough to give us some. It's funny how a couple had around 6 toilet paper rolls, when us, a group of five had only 2 rolls to begin with

Dirty and inconvenient apartment.

Flexible at check-in.
The apartment has an upper floor where the beds are located and it was 30ºC due to the central air conditioning.
The air conditioning control screen does not work, which made it impossible to sleep on the top floor.
Bed linen with hair and a bug.
When I open a kitchen door I come across a used sock.
Dishes very dirty with food residue.
Dirty doors.
I do not recommend.

One of the worst client service i ever saw.
B&B Aparthotel Isola cancelled my reservation even if it's payed. I stayed 1/ 2 that i payed, because i couldn't arrive in Milano on the first night. I asked for invoice, they just ignoring my request

Defenitely rebooking here

I was here on business and It was perfect. The room I had, had two balconies on a split level floor. Bathroom, kitchen, views, quality, service was all perfect for what one pays for. One night I slept on the pull out sofa which was more comfortable than most beds I have slept on. If your looking for a central place to stay in Milano which is literally around the corner from everything then stay here. Its value for money!
